Small refrigeration machine consisting of a drive motor, compressor, condenser and evaporator. The invention relates to a small refrigeration machine consisting of a drive motor, compressor, condenser and evaporator and consists in the fact that the suction and pressure chambers of the compressor, which is designed as a rotary machine and which is horizontal-axis and outside the rest of the machine's apparatus, are all in one the condenser arranged under the compressor are housed in closed housings.
The condenser can consist of a cylindrically curved pipe coil containing the condensation space and a double-walled housing which contains the cooling chamber and the pipe coil in the double wall and which encloses a space that is connected to and with the pressure chamber of the compressor is provided with an oil separator. The space can be provided with transverse walls to prevent oil from flowing into the condenser.
On the condenser, a collecting tank for the liquefied refrigerant can be connected wall to wall, which is provided with a self-adjusting throttle organ for the purpose of regulating the cooling capacity with a container depending on the liquid level in the loading container.
The evaporator can consist of several individual tubes combined to form a tube bundle, to which the cold liquid is fed with the aid of a distributor connected to the throttle element of the machine.
An embodiment of the subject invention is shown on the drawing for illustration.
1 shows the machine in a side view, FIG. 2 shows a section along the line II-II in FIG. 1.
1 is the compressor formed as a rotary machine with the suction chamber 2, the rotor 3, the radially movable slide bern 4, the sickle-shaped working chamber 5 and the pressure chamber 6. The drive motor is 7, the capacitor 8, the throttle organ with 9 and the evaporator is labeled 10 be.
The connection between the compressor 1 and the vertically arranged apparatus of the machine is established with the aid of the compressor housing.
The condenser consists of a double-walled housing, between the outer and inner walls of which there is a helical channel 11 through which the cooling water flows from the bottom to the top, as well as a pipe 12 built into this channel and also helical , through which the refrigerant flows from top to bottom in countercurrent to the cooling water. The refrigerant leaving the pressure chamber 6 is first passed through the Olabseheider 18 into a space 14 arranged within the condenser tube coil, in which the separated oil collects.
It passes from the space 14 by passing the transverse walls 15, the openings 16 and the pre-cooling space located between the outer wall of the space 14 and the condenser housing, through the line 17 into the pipe 12 forming the condensation space. The tube 12 can be kept small in accordance with the precooling. From the condensation space 12, the refrigerant arrives in a liquid state through the line 18 into the collecting container 19 containing the throttle device 9.
The transverse walls 15 prevent the lubricating oil that collects under the same from getting into the condenser when the machine is tilted. The lubricating oil is pressed through lines not shown to the bearings of the compressor and into the suction chamber 2, where it is used for lubricating and sealing purposes. The cooling water is introduced through the line 20 into the double-walled bottom of the condenser housing, passes from this into the channel 11 and passes through the channel 21 into the compressor cooling chamber 22, from where it exits the machine through the line 23.
The outer wall of the condenser housing is made in two parts in order to enable the introduction of the pipe 12 into the channel 11 and to simplify the exposure of the cooling space for the purpose of cleaning. The throttle device consists of two nested tubular and open at the ends rotary valves 24 and 25, which are provided with downward, opening in the Lei device to the evaporator slots and by means of a lever 26 and a handlebar 2 7 with a ring-shaped float 28 are connected.
The slides 24 and 25 are rotated against one another by the float, which changes its position with the liquid level in the container, so that the flow cross-section released by the slots increases with increasing liquid level and, conversely, decreases with decreasing liquid level. In this way, there is a reliable, automatic control of the refrigerant to be supplied to the evaporator as a function of the condenser output in the unit of time; achieved.
In order to ensure that the swimmer is always in a central position, the rules 26 are connected to links 29 to form an articulated parallelogram whose articulation point opposite the slides slides in a vertical guide 30. Counterweights 31 are also connected to the slides 24 and 25, the purpose of which is to increase the adjusting force of the slides when the liquid level drops.
The evaporator consists of several individual tubes 3, closed at the bottom and combined to form a tube bundle, to which the refrigerant fluid is supplied by means of a distributor 33 connected to the throttle device and through which the same are connected.
Cables. 34 is fed. The cold liquid is fed from the lines 34 to the lower end of the evaporator tubes and from there into the ring-shaped evaporator chamber 35 located between the tubes 32 and 34, from where it rises under heat absorption in a vaporous state into the collecting chamber 36 to be drawn in through line 37 by the compressor.
The evaporator, which consists of individual tubes, has the advantage that its compact design has a large cooling surface and, while avoiding material accumulations that prevent the passage of heat, has an external shape that is favorable for circulation and facilitates defrosting. The distributor 33 can also be arranged in the lower part of the evaporator in such a way that the cold liquid is fed directly to the lower end of each individual tube.
The operation of the machine is as follows.
The refrigerant sucked in from the evaporator in gaseous form is brought to high pressure by the compressor, flows through the oil separator into the pre-cooling room and from there into the condenser, where so much heat is extracted from the cooling water that it liquefies. The liquefied refrigerant flows into the collecting tank, from where it, passing the throttle element, reaches the evaporator. The evaporator, like the one with the suction chamber of the compressor, is connected, whereby the refrigerant is brought to vaporization as a result of the pressure drop that occurs while absorbing heat from the outside. The refrigerant can be of any type.
The compressor, the condenser, the throttle device and the evaporator are arranged one below the other in the machine designed in such a way that the compressor can be removed by itself. can be checked without having to disassemble the other parts of the machine ..
