Process for the manufacture of frame footwear. The present invention relates to a process for the production of frame shoes with a belt which folds in a longitudinal direction with a stitching that unites it with the upper leather and the insole. According to the invention, the puncture seam of the belt is connected to a lip created by a cut on the circumferential surface of the insole, placed inward on the underside of the insole, and the space between the insole and the insole is filled with a filler.
The explained way of connecting the longitudinally folded belt offers the advantage that it can be made by machine, and that the insole has the previous size, i.e. H. Can be used in ordinary size, as opposed to known. To compensate for the additional order obtained as a result of the above-mentioned execution type in the cross section of the foot surface, cheaper filler material can be used; A thermal insulating material is expediently chosen as the filler material such that the foot in the shoe is given a warm and at the same time flexible base. The accompanying drawing is used for a more detailed, exemplary explanation of the method mentioned and at the same time shows an execution example of a frame footwear manufactured according to the same.
1, 2, 3 serve to explain the manufacturing method of the footwear; 1a, 2a, 311 show, on a larger scale, one for FIG. 2, 3 corresponding section; Fig. 4 illustrates the finished footwear plant; FIG. 4a is a section to FIG. 4.
Instead of the usual frame .beim so-called frame shoe, a suitably made of hide leather strap 1 of a certain width in its longitudinal center lirrie by means of a stitch 2 with the upper leather 3 and the insole 4 is connected. The insole 4 has previously been provided with an incision on the circumference in the usual manner, so that the lip 5, which is placed around according to the drawing, is formed, which is used to take on the penetration seam 2.
According to FIG. 1, the binding strap 1 extends over the entire circumference of the shoe, while it is assumed in FIG. 2 that the binding strap 1 does not include the heel part of the shoe.
The sewn-on binding strap 1 folds in width along its seam: 'J together, so that two straps of the same width are created.
In FIG. 3 it is assumed that the binding strap 1 is extended by an identically constructed piece of ruler 111 that is attached to the shoe and encompasses the heel part of the shoe.
The two strap layers resulting from the folding of the binding strap 1 are suitably hermetically united with one another by gluing or picking, so that the technique 2, which unites the upper with the strap and insole of the shoe and is concealed in the fold of the binding strap, is completely protected against any kind of external influence is.
Because the binding strap 1 is more bulky. as the usual frame for the Ptahmensehuh, a hurried intermediate layer 7 of ground cork is provided to fill the cavity under the insole 4 between this and the lower sole 6.
This liner gives your foot a soft cushion and keeps it warm. 8 is the rushed midsole and 9 is the upper sole (outsole). Rapid double seam 10 (Fig. 411) combines the two layers of the binding strap 1 with the lower sole 6 and the midsole 8, while a double seam 11 connects the binding belt 1, the lower sole 6, the intermediate sole 8 and the upper sole-9 with each other. The leather binding strap 1 is cut flush with the top edge of the shoe bottom.
In spite of its strong base and the complete impermeability to penetration of water, dust and dirt, the described shoe is flexible to a high degree, so that it can be worn comfortably on the foot. For the stitching seam hidden in the binding strap 1, which does not come into contact with either the lower sole or the upper sole. pitch thread of the strongest type can be used.
After the upper sole 9 has been separated, the upper is still connected to the lower sole V and the midsole 8 by the double seam 10, which makes it easier to sew on a new upper sole. The mentioned binding strap could be made of other material instead of leather.
The piercing seam can be performed on the usual union piercing machine if the usual straight guide for the binding strap is replaced by an acute-angled guide which folds the belt in the longitudinal direction.
