Description

  

  Apparat zum Verhindern der Staubbildung bei Automobilen.    Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bildet  ein Apparat, der die Staubbildung bei Auto  mobilen verhindern soll. Es ist bekannt, dass  bei trockenem Wetter die Staubbildung des  Automobils eine grosse Belästigung für das  Publikum bildet. Zweck des Apparates ist  dies zu verhindern.  



  Beiliegende Zeichnung zeigt den Apparat  beispielsweise, und zwar Fig. 1 einen Aufriss,  Fig. 2 einen Grundriss,  Fig. 3 einen Querschnitt durch die Mitte.    Der ganze Apparat ist unter dem Auto  mobil einzubauen. In der Zeichnung zeigt 1  einen Ventilator mit doppeltem Saugrohr, der  so ausgebildet ist, dass die Luft resp. der  Staub beiderseits eingesaugt und in der Mitte  radial wieder ausgeschleudert wird. Das Ge  bläse wird in der Zeichnung direkt von der  Hinterradaxe des Automobils durch die  Scheibe 2, welche auf der Gebläsewelle 3 sitzt,  angetrieben, kann aber auch anders, zum Bei  spiel elektrisch angetrieben werden.

   In den  Fig. 3 und 2 sind die Hinterräder 4 des Au  tomobils punktiert eingezeichnet, 5 sind die    Schutzbleche, die als Staubsammler ausge  bildet sind, 6 sind die Verbindungskanäle  zwischen den Staubsammlern und dem Ge  bläse und dienen zum Ansaugen des Staubes,  während 7 als Druckrohr zum Ausschleudern  des Staubes dient. Am Ende des Druckrohres  7, in der Zeichnung nicht angegeben, befindet  sich ein Sammelkasten für den Staub, der je  nach Bedürfnis geleert werden kann. Um das  Spritzen des Kotes bei schlechtem Wetter zu  verhindern, sind an den Schutzblechen 5 Ver  längerungen 8, Fig. 3, angebracht, die über    die Mitte der Automobilräder greifen.  



  Setzt sich nun das Automobil in Bewe  gung, so wird von der Hinterradaxe die  Scheibe 2 und durch die Axe 3 das Gebläse  angetrieben und saugt durch die Kanäle 3  den sich bildenden Staub an, und wird durch  das Gebläse in der Mitte axial durch das  Druckrohr 7 in den nicht gezeichneten     Staub-          sammelkasten    abgegeben. Bei nassem Wetter  kann das Gebläse ausser Betrieb gesetzt wer  den. In diesem Falle werden die Verlängerun  gen 8 .der Schutzbleche das Spritzen des Kotes  verhindern.

  If the automobile starts moving, the rear wheel axle drives the disc 2 and the fan drives the axle 3 and sucks in the dust that is formed through the ducts 3 and is axially through the pressure pipe 7 by the fan in the middle placed in the dust collection box (not shown). The fan can be switched off in wet weather. In this case the extensions 8 of the protective plates will prevent the manure from spraying.
