Vorrichtung zum Paraftittleren von ans Holz, Pappe, Papier oder dergleichen bestehenden Streichhölzern. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vor richtung zum Paraffinieven von aus Holz, Pappe, Papier oder dergleichen bestehenden Streichhölzern vermittelst in der Paraffin masse umlaufender Scheiben.
Das Neue be- dass zwei in einer bestimmten steht darini Entfernung voneinander abstehende Scheiben gegeneinander verstellbar und an der Innefi- fläche mit einem aufsäugfäliigen Material (zum Beispiel Filz) derart bezogen sind, dass das Paraffin durch den Materialbelag auf die zwischen den Scheiben hindurchgeführten Streichhölzer übertragen wird.
Hierdurch wird der Vorteil erzielt, dass infolge des Umlaufes der zum Beispiel mit Filz bezogenen Schei ben: der Filzbelag vollkouirnen mit Paraffin getränkt ist und infolge der beiden gegenein ander verstellbaren Scheiben das endlose Band der Streichhölzer in grosser Tiefe zwi schen den. Scheiben derartig hindurchgeführt werden kann, dass) das endlose Band längere Zeit mit den mit Paraffin getränkten Filz- belagen. in Berührung bleibt, wodurch eine genügende Paraffinierung der Streichhölzer gesichert ist.
Durch<B>'</B> die Verstellbarkeit der Scheiben zueinander kann hierbei der An lagedruck der Filzbeläge gegen das endlose Band und infolgedessen die Übertragung des Paraffi n s auf die Streichhölzer geregelt werden.
Auf beiliegender Zeichnung ist die Erfin dung in einem Ausführungsbeispiel darge stellt, und zwar in Abb. <B>1</B> in der Draufsicht und in Abb. 2 in einem Längsschnitt, wäh rend Abb. <B>3</B> einen senkrechten Schnitt quer durch die Vorrichtung zum Paraffinieren ver anschaulicht.
Wie aus der Zeichnung ersichtlich, sind in dein Vorratsbehälter a uni eine horizontale Welle zwei in einer bestiminten Entfernung voneinander abstehende und gegeneinander verstellbare Scheiben<B>b</B> drehbar gelagert, welche an der Innenseite mit einem Belag c aus Filz oder anderem aufsaugfähigem 'Ma terial bezogen sind.
Der Behälter a steht mit dem Vorratsbehälter<B>d</B> durch eine im untern Teil mit Offnungen e versehene Scheidewand <B>f</B> in Verbindung, so dass beif-n Nachfülleii von frischem, flüssigein Paraffin in den (1 der Verbrauchsbehälter a Jederzeit mit flüssigem Paraffin gefüllt wird.
Dur Vorratsbehälter d ist mit einem nach den) Verbrauchsbehälter a schräg abfallenden Bo den fi versehen, um ein sicheres Nachfüllen des Verbrauchsbehälters zu erzielen. Der Vorrat,;- als aLieh der Verbrauchsbehälter werden in beliebiger Weise beheizt, so dat,) das Paraffin im Vorratsbehälter vorgewärmt und in beiden Behältern flüssig gehalten <B>Z3</B> wird.
Vor der Paraffiniervorriehtung ist zwecks Vorwärmung der zu paraffinierenden Streich- li;ilzei- eine zum Beispiel aus zwei Platten bestehende Vorwärmvorrichtung h angeordnet.
