Einrichtung für doppelte Buchhaltung. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine Einrichtung für doppelte Buchhal tung; diese besitzt einen aus mindestens drei übereinanderliegenden Blättern, nämlich ei nem Journalblatt und je einem Blatt für Soll und für Habenkonti bestehenden Durch schreibblock, welche drei Blätter überein stimmende Vertikalkolonnen aufweisen, wo bei das Sollblatt mit einer Sollkolonne und dlas Habenblatt mit einer Habenkolonne ver sehen ist;
Facility for double bookkeeping. The present invention is a device for double bookkeeping; This has a through writing pad consisting of at least three superimposed sheets, namely a journal sheet and one sheet each for debit and credit accounts, which three sheets have matching vertical columns, where the debit sheet is seen with a debit column and the credit sheet with a credit column ;
Furthermore, these two columns and, in an analogous manner, the debit and credit columns of the main book accounts are highlighted in a contrasting manner, for the purpose that when the debit and credit sheets are cut into horizontal strips with one posting item each and these horizontal strips are divided Correct gluing of these horizontal strips with the concave lines on them into the individual accounts of the main ledger is made easier.
An embodiment of the subject invention illustrates the accompanying drawing.
1 is a partial view of the carbonless block, FIG. 2 is a cross section through the latter; 3-5 are partial views of individual sheets of the block, and in Fig. 6-9 the type of transfer of the individual items to the accounts of the ledger is illustrated, it being assumed that the ledger is managed according to the card system.
The copy block shown in Fig. 1 consists of four superimposed sheets, namely the journal sheet a, the debit sheet b, the credit sheet c and the invoice sheet d. Of the latter three sheets, Figs. 3-5 each show the head. Journal sheet a has vertical columns, namely, as the column headings in Fig. 1 show, one each for consecutive numbering of the individual postings, for the date, for debit account, credit account, posting record and turnover.
The target sheet b has the same six vertical columns, but with different ones. Headings on; In addition to those for consecutive numbering and date, there are one each for control, contra account, posting record and debit. The "control" heading is colored over its entire area, for example blue, which is indicated in the drawing by horizontal hatching. The #Soll "column is also colored, for example red, as indicated by vertical hatching.
In Hagenblatt c the columns #Counteraccount "and #Control" are exchanged for the corresponding ones of debit sheet b, so that on the one hand the column #Control "of the debit sheet via the column #Counteraccount" of credit sheet c and on the other hand the column #Counteraccount "of the Should the sheet come to rest over the column #Control "of the Hagen sheet. The column of Hagenblatt c corresponding to the #Soll "column of Sollblatt b is overwritten with #, Credit".
The #Control "column of the credit sheet is laid out in blue like that of the debit sheet, the #Have" column in a color that contrasts with the #Soll "column of sheet b, for example yellow (in the drawing by oblique hatching The six columns of the invoice sheet d (Fig. 5) have the headings: consecutive numbering, date, contra account, control, posting record, turnover. In the example given, it is assumed that no column of the invoice sheet is colored; the leaf also have colored columns.
The three sheets b, c and d are also provided with the perforations c, f, g, lt, and i that run parallel to the columns. In addition, the sheets b, c, d are gummed on their back.
The account cards k of the main ledger shown in Fig. 6-9 initially bear the inscription of the relevant account, for example cash register, postal check, house income, etc. Each card then has eight vertical columns with the headings: consecutive number, date, Debit account, control, credit account, posting record, debit, credit. The column #Control "of each card is laid out in the same color as the corresponding column on the debit or credit sheet b or # c.
Likewise, the #soll "column of each card k has the same color as the #soll" column of the debit sheet, for example red, and furthermore the #have "column of each card is colored in the same way as the #, have" - Column of the Hagenblatt c. The cards k are printed on both sides in the manner described and the width of their columns is equal to that of the corresponding columns of the sheet.
The usage of the described Einriehtung is now as follows: Between the successive sheets ter of the block carbon paper is inserted for copying, and then the individual items are entered in the journal sheet c, by hand or with the typewriter. When the journal is fully written, it is separated from the pad and kept in a special collection. The posting of each item on the journal sheet is carried out according to the principle of double-entry bookkeeping. H. an offsetting entry is made for each booking. For example, the payment A. Merz (Porten no. 476 in Fig. 1) is posted on the journal sheet in the credit account #Hausgewinn "of the main ledger and debit in the #Kassa" account of the main ledger.
Therefore, the columns of the journal sheet, which are headed with #Solllkonto "and # Hagen- account", contain the headings of the two accounts of the general ledger for each item of the journal sheet (in the present case #Kassa "and #Hauskunft") to which the relevant item is transferred.
On the sheets b and c under the journal sheet, write this booking through so that on sheet b the booking #Kassa "in the blue #Control" column, the booking in the column "Give @ onto" and the Amount itself in the red "Debit" -Iiolonne, on sheet c cl.a-just the other way around, the booking "Kassa" in the column "CTegenl @ onto",
the entry "house income" is in the blue "control" column and the amount itself is in the yellow "have" column. How the individual items are written down on the reehing sheet can be readily seen from FIG. 5. When the fully written journal sheet has been separated from the block, for the purpose of transfer to the general ledger respectively. on the invoice form. Sheets h, c and d cut into horizontal strips so that each horizontal strip contains only one item.
With the help of the colored columns on debit and credit sheets b and c, as well as on the cards ke of the main ledger, the transfer of the individual items is now done completely mechanically. For example, item no. 476 of Fig. 1 is transferred as follows: The bookkeeper separates the transverse strip no. 476 of the target sheet along the perforation f and sticks the part of the strip bearing the number and the date on the corresponding columns of the card the inscription #Kassa "(Fig. 6). He then sticks the other part of the horizontal stripe onto the card so that the blue field with the booking #Kassa" comes to rest on the blue #Kassa "column of the card.
The rest of the text of this part of the strip then falls automatically into the columns for which it is intended. The correctness of the transfer can be checked mechanically by the fact that the amount booked in the red #Soll "field of the strip section is also on the card in the red #Soll" column. The corresponding horizontal stripe no. 476 of the credit sheet c, however, is separated along the perforation g. The one part lying to the left of this perforation in FIG. 4 is glued to the card with the inscription "Hausertrag" (FIG. 8) so that its blue field comes to lie in the blue "control" column of this card .
Then the booking #hussa "of this strip" falls into the #Soll "column of the card and also the date and number in the relevant columns of the card. The right part of the strip is of course glued on so that the posting of the amount in the yellow field falls into the yellow #Have "column on the card. How item no. 477 from FIG. 1 is transferred to the cards is shown 7 and 9. As already mentioned, the correctness of the transfers to the account cards of the main ledger can be checked purely optically.
In the blue #Control "column of each card, only blue fields of the individual stripes are allowed, and all these fields must have the same entry. Those of the Postscheck card (Fig. 7) all have the entry # Postcheck "etc. Likewise, only rate stripes may be stuck on the red #Soll" column of each card and only yellow fields on the yellow #Have "column. The transfers to the general ledger can therefore be carried out completely mechanically.
The planning of the entire bookkeeping takes place exclusively on the journal sheet, while the distribution of the individual items to the two respective "counter accounts" is completely automatic due to the described design and arrangement of the debit and credit sheets of the individual blocks and is done automatically by the application - gu # g of the colored #control "column on the accounts of the main building an error in the transfer to the opposite accounts (right or left of the control column) cannot occur. .
The invoice sheet d, like the sheets b and c, is cut into strips for the individual items and these are glued onto an invoice form with the necessary11 vertical columns in accordance with the relevant accounts of the general ledger. The device described is intended for each company . The number of vertical columns can of course be increased as required.
The invoice sheet can also be omitted. It goes without saying that other colors than those mentioned in the description can be selected for the colored columns; It is only essential that they contrast with one another as far as possible.
Instead of being laid out in color over the entire area, the columns in question could also be highlighted only by colored frames or by hatching, or otherwise in a conspicuously contrasting manner. Of course, the ledger does not need to be created in accordance with the card system; it can also be in the usual book form. In this case, as in the case of the card system, the #Control "column and the #Soll" and #Have "column do not need to be colored over their entire surface. Only the head of the column concerned can be colored Field be trained.
The block described is also suitable without any modification for the preparation of balance sheets; In this case, instead of the individual journal entries, the closing digits of the accounts in question for the balance sheet are entered.
