Description

  

  Tragbarer elektrischer Strahlungsofen.    Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein trag  barer elektrischer Strahlungsofen, auf dessen       Boden    ein flüssiger Widerstand, nachdem er  durch Verwandlung in     Heizdampf        mittelst     elektrischen Stromes gänzlich verbraucht ist,  hierdurch den Strom selbsttätig     unterbricht,     bis er nach Kühlung der Ofenwände durch  Strahlung sich     -wieder    zu Flüssigkeit ver  dichtet und so den Strom wieder schliesst,  sich wieder erwärmt und wieder zu Reiz  dampf wird, und so fort.  



  Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist an einem  Beispiel in den anliegenden Zeichnungen er  läutert, in denen  Bild 1 einen senkrechten Schnitt des gan  zen Ofens,  Bild 2 einen Querschnitt, und  Bild 3 einen Grundriss der Widerstands  einrichtung darstellt.  



  I ist die Hülle oder Wandung des Ofens  und     II    das Traggestell.     In    letzterem     ist    die  Widerstandsvorrichtung angeordnet, beste  hend aus der Isolierung 1, den Kohleelektro  den 2, der     Verschlusskapsel    3 und den in  die Elektroden eingeschalteten Steckkontak-         ten    A und B. Wenn letztere an die Strom  quelle angeschaltet werden, bleibt der Strom  kreis zunächst offen, schliesst sich jedoch,  wenn eine leitende Flüssigkeit     III_    eingefüllt  wird, die einen Widerstand bildet und so  vom     Strome    erhitzt und in     Heizdampf-    ver  wandelt wird, bis sie ganz aufgebraucht ist.

         Alsdann    ist der Strom selbsttätig unterbro  chen. Durch Ausstrahlung kühlen sich nun  allmählich die Wände der     Hülle    I, der Dampf  verdichtet sich und lagert sich als Flüssig  keit wieder auf den Elektroden 2, wodurch  sich der Strom     schliesst    und die Flüssigkeit  wieder     erwärmt    und in Dampf verwandelt  wird, und so fort.

  I is the shell or wall of the furnace and II the support frame. In the latter, the resistance device is arranged, consisting of the insulation 1, the carbon electric 2, the cap 3 and the plug contacts A and B connected to the electrodes. When the latter are connected to the power source, the circuit initially remains open , however, closes when a conductive liquid III_ is filled in, which forms a resistance and is thus heated by the current and converted into heating steam until it is completely used up.

         The current is then automatically interrupted. Radiation now gradually cools the walls of the envelope I, the vapor condenses and is deposited as a liquid again on the electrodes 2, whereby the current closes and the liquid is heated again and converted into vapor, and so on.

Claims (1)

PATENTANSPRUCH: Tragbarer elektrischer Strahlungsofen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf seinem Bo den ein flüssiger Widerstand, nachdem er durch Verwandlung in Heizdampf mittelst elektrischen Stromes gänzlich verbraucht ist, = hierdurch den Strom selbsttätig unterbricht; bis er nach Kühlung der Ofenwände durch Wärmestrahlung sich wieder zu Flüssigkeit verdichtet, welche den Strom durch Verbin- dung der Iiontahte wieder schliesst, und so vom Strome wieder erwärmt und .in Heiz- dampf verwandelt wird, worauf sich der Vorgang bis zur Stromabschaltung wieder holt.
