Description

  

      Zedersaitenveräinder.       Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist  ein     Ledersaitenverbinder,    wie er zum Bei  spiel an Nähmaschinen vorkommt.  



  Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist auf bei  liegender Zeichnung beispielsweise darge  stellt, und es zeigt:       Fig.    1 die beiden miteinander verbundenen  Enden der Ledersaite im Schnitt,       Fig.    2 die Schraube mit Haken,       Fig.        ä    die Schraube mit Öse.  



  Der Verbinder besteht aus zwei Teilen.  Es bedeutet 1 eine Schraube mit tief einge  schnittenem, scharfem Gewinde, die am Ende  einen Haken besitzt. Das Gegenstück 2 ist  eine gleiche Schraube wie 1, nur endet die  selbe in eine Öse, in die der Haken der an  dern Schraube eingehängt ist.  



  Um die Ledersaite zu verbinden, bohrt  man an beiden Enden der Saite in der Mitte  ein kleines Loch in der Grösse des Kern  durchmessers der Schraube von der Stirn  seite her und schraubt dann die beiden  Schrauben so weit ein, dass man den Haken    noch leicht einhängen kann, worauf die Ver  bindung hergestellt ist.  



  Dadurch, dass der Verbinder innerhalb  der Mantelfläche der Saite angebracht ist  und nirgends nach aussen vorsteht, kommt  eine Abnützung durch das Gleiten an der  Saitenrolle nicht vor und kann man sich auch  beim Berühren der Saite während des Betrie  bes nicht verletzen.

  The connector consists of two parts. It means 1 a screw with deeply cut, sharp thread, which has a hook at the end. The counterpart 2 is the same screw as 1, only the same ends in an eyelet into which the hook of the other screw is attached.



  To connect the leather string, drill a small hole in the middle at both ends of the string the size of the core diameter of the screw from the front and then screw in the two screws so far that the hook can still be easily attached whereupon the connection is established.



  Because the connector is attached within the surface of the string and does not protrude outwards anywhere, there is no wear and tear from sliding on the string reel and you cannot injure yourself when you touch the string during operation.

PATENT CLAIM: Leather string connector, characterized by two screws with deeply cut, sharp thread, one of which ends in a hook and the other in an eyelet. SUBSTANTIAL CLAIM: Leather string connector according to patent claim, characterized in that the screws are screwed in in the middle of the end faces of the leather strings and do not protrude outwards anywhere.
