Apparatus for simultaneous baking, roasting and cooking. The object of the invention is to use the apparatus on stoves or with gas or petroleum flame and the like, by means of which a plurality of operations - cooking, roasting and baking - simultaneously one and the same stimulus source can be carried out in a very short time.
Various embodiments have already been known to save fuel for heating with gas, alcohol or petroleum. The known apparatuses are generally constructed from the point of view that the heat of the flame is to be used for the simultaneous heating of several cookware in order to ensure a high efficiency of the generated heat; on the other hand, they do not sufficiently take into account the fact that if the apparatus is to be used for roasting, baking and cooking at the same time, these operations require significantly different temperatures and also different lengths of time.
Baking and roasting require a higher temperature than cooking, and these operations must therefore be carried out in the lower part of the apparatus, where the braid is at its greatest, while the cooking must be carried out in the upper part of the apparatus. Baking and roasting operations are also generally faster than cooking food.
It must therefore be ensured that the heat generated by the burner, despite the baking and roasting operations taking place in the lower part of the appliance, can rise sufficiently quickly and unhindered to cause cookware in the upper part of the appliance to heat up to the boiling point and cooking must not be significantly disturbed by the fact that the baking and frying pans are removed or exchanged.
It must also be noted that the vapors released during cooking considerably lower the temperature of the surrounding heating gases and prevent baking when the cooking and baking operations take place in the same room, because they immediately cause the dough that has swollen from fermentation to collapse .
The subject of the invention is constructed taking into account the requirements mentioned and the invention consists in the fact that a lower section of a housing which is open at the bottom, which is intended to be used for roasting and baking, has support members to accommodate roasting and baking dishes The rising of the hot gases offer little resistance, while above this section there is a central, perforated floor in front of Ueselia.
which collects the rising hot gases and directs them under cookware that is to be attached to this base. Access to the lower section of the apparatus is obtained through doors in the housing, and due to the absence of intermediate shelves in the lower part of the apparatus to prevent drafts, the doors can be opened and the baking or frying pans can be opened remove or insert without disturbing the cooking operation taking place above.
An example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown diagrammatically in the accompanying drawings. The A-P-Parat shown consists of an expedient cylindrical housing el, for example made of sheet metal or cast iron, in which a plurality of dishes can be placed one above the other. In the upper part of the housing, an intermediate base c is provided, which is provided with a central opening d and with supports e for carrying a cookware to be placed on it.
The part of the housing located below the floor c forms a single open space without intermediate floors, in which grids, arms k, 1, cross bars J or the like are provided at different heights are on which roasting or baking pans each can be applied as required, with the heat gases being able to rise sufficiently unimpeded along the jacket wall of the apparatus to cook utensils attached to the intermediate floor c to bring to the boil quickly.
Experience shows that the pull through the device is so great that the doors of the bakery and roasting department can be opened and baking and frying pans can be inserted or removed without the simmering , of the above-installed boilers is interrupted. In order to facilitate the setting and removal of the dishes in the lower part of the apparatus, one or more rings i are attached rotatably by means of hinges or the like to the side edge of the opening of the housing or directly to the rotatable doors h attached.
Such an arrangement for carrying the dishes is also of great practical importance in that it enables the contents of the dishes to be kept in full boil when preparing sauces, creams and other dishes by moving the dishes back and forth over the flame is rotated by means of the whisk held in the right hand while the flour or the like is added with the left hand.
The doors h can be provided with small closable openings to enable the use of already existing, handle-provided dishes in the Appara.t, if necessary. Below is the apparatus with a gas burner a. see ver, which is stored in a rotatable ring r ge, such that the connection of the burner to an existing gas line can be done in the most convenient way. The gas burner is loosely stored in the ring r so that it can be removed if necessary to enable the use of another heat source, for example a solid gas burner or a kerosene stove.
The feet of the apparatus, designed as brackets, are adjustable and, if necessary, removable by being displaceable in the corresponding guides in the housing. The brackets b are expediently resilient, so that they are held in the set position by themselves without special locking.
The arms k, 1 are conveniently attached to the wall of the housing in an articulated manner, so that they can be opened or turned to the side if necessary. If necessary, the arms are designed with double joints in order to accommodate brains with a larger or smaller diameter. At the top the housing is provided with pull holes, and if necessary it can be closed with a loose cover. the upper section is not used to record a cookware.
