Abstract

La présente divulgation concerne des méthodes de culture de TIL dans un milieu comprenant des ions potassium à une concentration d'au moins environ 30 mM à au moins environ 100 mM. Selon certains aspects, les méthodes divulguées ici améliorent l'expansion des TIL CD8+, par rapport aux TIL CD4+. Selon certains aspects, les méthodes divulguées ici augmentent le nombre de cellules moins différenciées, par exemple de TIL moins différenciés, dans la population de cellules.
