Abstract
Appareil, système et procédés de fonctionnement d'un pont élévateur de véhicule automatique à faible montée fondé sur la vision artificielle. Le système et les procédés consistent à exécuter des processus de vision artificielle afin d'identifier des points de levage sur la face inférieure d'un véhicule en fonction d'images capturées. En fonction de la position des points de levage dans un système de coordonnées commun, un système de commande de levage calcule un déplacement nécessaire pour positionner des bras oscillants et des blocs de levage logés dans chaque bras oscillant sous les points de levage identifiés. Le système peut ensuite actionner les bras oscillants et les blocs de levage en fonction desdits calculs ainsi qu'actionner des vérins hydrauliques afin de soulever les blocs de levage pour les amener en contact avec le véhicule. Le véhicule peut ensuite être soulevé à une hauteur prédéterminée à laquelle des ensembles de liaison de verrouillage peuvent venir en prise avec les crémaillères de verrouillage dans la plaque de base afin de verrouiller le pont élévateur en place et transférer la charge à distance des vérins hydrauliques.
