Abstract
La présente invention porte sur un procédé de production d'une marque lisible par XRF, sur la marque lisible par XRF et sur un composant comprenant celle-ci. Le procédé consiste à fournir une composition de marquage XRF avec des concentrations relatives spécifiques d'un ou de plusieurs éléments chimiques et à fabriquer une structure multicouche de la marque lisible par XRF. Les concentrations relatives sont sélectionnées de telle sorte qu'à la suite de l'irradiation de la composition de marquage XRF au moyen d'un rayonnement d'excitation XRF, la composition de marquage XRF émette un signal XRF indiquant une signature XRF prédéterminée. La fabrication de la structure multicouche comprend la mise en uvre d'une couche d'atténuation avec au moins un élément présentant une absorbance élevée pour un rayonnement d'excitation XRF et/ou un arrière-plan XRF ; et la mise en uvre d'une couche de marquage comprenant ladite composition de marquage XRF.
