Abstract
L'invention concerne un système de fourniture d'aérosol pour générer un aérosol, comprenant un article (4) comprenant un matériau de génération d'aérosol et un dispositif de fourniture d'aérosol (2) conçu pour venir en prise avec l'article et pour permettre la génération d'aérosol. Le système comprend en outre un ensemble de circuits de détection (22) pour détecter lorsque l'article est en prise avec le dispositif de fourniture d'aérosol et/ou désaccouplé de celui-ci, et un ensemble de circuits de commande (20) pour commander le fonctionnement du dispositif de fourniture d'aérosol. L'ensemble de circuits de commande est configuré pour commuter le dispositif de fourniture d'aérosol d'un premier mode de fonctionnement (mode veille) à un second mode de fonctionnement (mode actif) lorsque l'ensemble de circuits de commande détermine que l'article a été mis en prise avec le dispositif de fourniture d'aérosol et/ou désaccouplé de celui-ci une pluralité de fois. En nécessitant à la fois que l'utilisateur doive mettre en prise et/ou désaccoupler l'article et le dispositif et que l'utilisateur doive effectuer ceci une pluralité de fois, les chances de commutation par inadvertance de l'utilisateur vers le second mode de fonctionnement sont réduites.
