Abstract

In a motor used to convert linear force into rotational force, a very large sun wheel in the form of a rigid circular sprocket chain carries within and without its circumference other wheels which spin according to the force imposed upon lever arms that use a central shaft as their fulcrum.
Two planes of wheels are used: to send force and to return force in a closed loop of rotation.
The center Earth shaft serves as the lever arms fulcrum, and it carries a sending wheel and a returning wheel. A Saturn wheel (having most of its center removed) engages the Earth wheel proximally, and the sun wheel distally. Within the Saturn wheel distally is a Titan shaft that is connected to the lever arms via ball bearings. As the Titan shaft is forced against the Saturn ring it forces the sun wheel to travel within the constraints of its support wheels.
Opposite the Saturn wheel equatorially, is a receiving/lesser Neptune wheel which engages the sun wheel on its outer face, and which turns accordingly. The lesser Neptune wheel carries the rotational value to a second wheel on the Neptune shaft called a greater Neptune wheel. The greater Neptune wheel transfers its rotational force back to a greater Earth wheel, via a Neptune-to-Earth sprocket chain, which carries its force via the Earth shaft back to the lesser Earth wheel, thus completing a closed loop of force.
The ratio Neptune lesser wheel to Neptune greater wheel is equal to the ratio Earth lesser wheel to Earth greater wheel; but the Neptune wheels are relatively larger in size. [NI:Ng=EI:Eg]
Earth and Neptune shafts are fixed in place, while the titan shafts reside on the levers arms, and travel in an arc within the Saturn and sun wheels according to the force imposed on them by the lever arms.]
The rotational force spin continues for as long as force is imposed upon the lever arms.
The motor requires no fuel, is non-polluting, and uses far fewer parts than do conventional motors. It can be used in virtually any medium, and in any attitude of position. Also, nearly all the parts are exchangeable and recyclable.

Description

Energy Motor 22 SPECIFICATION
This invention relates to a motor that can convert linear force into rotational force. The initial force is conveyed via lever arms, while the outgoing force is in the form of spinning gears, sprockets, or other kinds of wheels.
Many attempts to turn linear force into rotational force have been without success owing to a variety of factors. I have found that by containing a very large "sun" wheel within lesser wheels, such that the lesser "angel" wheels allow the sun wheel to rotate freely in a constant circle, provides the necessary condition for a perpetual power train loop to be formed.
The sun wheel is a circular rigid sprocket chain (as by welding).
N.B. in the following illustrations, gear teeth or sprocket teeth may be implied (addenda and dedenda) but are not shown; only the pitch lines (single engagement lines) are shown.
Similarly, while lightening holes may be suggested for some of the wheels, they are not shown either.
In drawings which illustrate embodiments of the invention, Figure 1 is an elevation in section indicating the 'sending' plane of the motor, Figure 2 is an elevation in section indicating the 'returning' plane of the motor, Figure 3 is a top view in x-ray of the same embodiment (showing a widened display of it for clarity), Figure 4 is an elevation in section of an embodiment, indicating the 'sending' plane of the motor, and also showing an angel shaft fixed to the support bench which shaft carries an angel wheel that is directly opposite the lesser Neptune wheel having only the sun chain between them (to ensure that the sun wheel cannot escape the engagement of the Neptune wheel);
and also shows a travelling angel wheel whose shaft is fixed to the lever arms (and serves the same purpose as the angel wheel opposite the Neptune wheel), Figure 5 is a top view of an embodiment wherein angel bolts/shafts support panels exist, Figure 6 is an elevation view of the sending plane of an embodiment wherein there are many angel wheels/bearings and wherein a Neptune shaft cut out is provided to facilitate installation of the panels, Figure 7 is an elevation view of the date recue/date recieved 2022 06 09 sending plane of an embodiment wherein there are many angel wheels/bearings and wherein a Neptune shaft cut out is provided on one side of the motor, and a travelling angel wheel shaft cut out is also provided, to facilitate installation of the panels, and to allow movement of the travelling angel wheel, Figure 8 is an elevation of an embodiment in x-ray wherein angel wheels are different sizes and in different locations; a middle vertical strut supports angels shafts which extend from one side of the motor to the other, Figure 9 is an illustration of a two-strand sun wheel segment in which one strand is capped externally and internally to such a degree that it is smooth, and angel wheels externally and internally can turn on it with little resistance, Figure io is an illustration of a three-strand segment of sun wheel chain in which both outer strands are capped internally, such that two angel wheels may ride on them with little resistance. A spacer spool holds the angels to a constant distance each from the other.
Two planes of rotation are employed among all related wheels: a 'sending' plane, and a 'returning' plane. A very large sun wheel comprised of rigid sprocket chain 13 is held to a constant circle by smaller alignment wheels called angel wheels 19.
Contained at the center of the sun wheel is an Earth shaft i that rests in its central position on a support bench 25 via ball bearings 5. This lesser Earth sprocket 9 (of two Earth sprockets) carries a two-strand sprocket chain wrap 35, leaving a free strand that is engaged by the proximal edge of the Saturn sprocket 15.
A Neptune shaft 2 also rests on the support bench 25 via ball bearings 5 outside the sun chain equatorially from the Earth shaft 1. The lesser Neptune sprocket n (of two Neptune sprockets) engages the outer rim of the sun wheel chain 13.
On the side of the Earth sprocket opposite the lesser Neptune sprocket it is a Saturn sprocket 15 ¨a large 'ring' sprocket that has most of its center cut out of it, and that also engages both the sun wheel 13 (distal from the Earth sprocket 9), and the same free strand of double strand sprocket chain wrap 35 that is carried by the lesser Earth sprocket 9.
Thus the Saturn sprocket 15 'floats' between the Earth chain 35 and the sun chain 13.
date recue/date recieved 2022 06 09 Also distal from the fixed Earth shaft is a Titan shaft 3 that reaches through the Saturn sprocket 15 such that it touches the inner face 16 of the Saturn sprocket, and is supported by lever arms 17 via ball bearings 5. The lever arms 17 extend from the Earth shaft i which is their fulcrum, past the radius of the sun wheel, and are joined each to the other by a cross member 18 to minimize wracking. The titan shaft 3 travels up or down according to the force applied to the lever arms 17;
and the Saturn wheel 15 is forced to travel with it. Thus the sun wheel 13 must maintain an orbit around the Earth shaft 1, and turn the lesser Neptune wheel 11 with it.
The greater Neptune wheel 12 (also fixed to the Neptune shaft 2) turns according to the rotation of the lesser Neptune wheel n and moves a Neptune-to-Earth sprocket chain 14 to move a greater Earth sprocket io, which then neutralizes the rotational values imposed on the lesser Earth sprocket 9 by the Saturn wheel 15 such that the Saturn wheel cannot climb the lesser Earth wheel wrap 35 but must stay at its relative equatorial position.
N.B. In this case some sprockets may serve as ersatz gears by adding multiple strand sprocket chain to their teeth, and allowing adjoining sprockets to engage such free strands as might a gear engage another cog.
When force is applied to the lever arms 17 the titan shaft 3 moves accordingly, which moves the Saturn wheel 15, which moves the sun wheel 13, which moves the lesser Neptune wheel n, which moves the greater Neptune wheel 12, which (via chain) moves the greater Earth wheel lo, which moves the lesser Earth wheel 9, and continues to hold the Saturn wheel 15 to a relatively constant location.
The following facts ensure that the motor will run as anticipated:
1. The titan shaft/wheel is closer to the sun wheel than to the earth wheel,
2. The sun wheel is much larger than the Earth wheel, and so imposes less resistance to travel than does the Earth wheel,
3. The mass of the sun wheel also imposes significant impetus to the rotation of the following elements.
4. The lesser Neptune sprocket is significantly larger than the lesser date recue/date recieved 2022 06 09 Earth wheel, and again offers less resistant to travel than does the lesser Earth wheel,
5. Power take-off is from the Earth shaft, the which condition also imposes resistance to the Saturn wheel on its proximal edge.
In other embodiments multiple strands of sprocket chain may be employed as the sun wheel 13 so that the strand/s that are not used to be engaged by the Saturn wheel 15 or the lesser Neptune wheel 11 can be capped (28 or 29) into a relatively smooth surface on which angel wheels 19 may turn.
An embodiment similar to that which is described above, wherein an auxiliary angel wheel 40 exists inside the circumference of the sun wheel 13 opposite the lesser Neptune wheel 11 in order to ensure that the sun wheel cannot deviate from engaging the Neptune wheel ii. [as seen in Figures 4 and 5]
An embodiment similar to those above, wherein an auxiliary angel wheel 40 exists outside the circumference of the sun wheel 13 opposite the titan shaft 3 where it bears against the inner face 16 of the Saturn sprocket 15 in order to ensure that the sun wheel cannot deviate from engaging the Saturn wheel 15. [as seen in Figures 4 and 5]
An embodiment similar to those described above, wherein auxiliary angel wheels 40 exist opposite both the lesser Neptune wheel ii and the titan 3 bearing site. [as seen in Figures 4 and 5]
An embodiment similar to those described above wherein angel wheel bolts 4 support panels 30 are positioned such that the angel wheels 19 they carry can reach and support the sun wheel 13 from sites surrounding the whole of the sun wheel 13. [as seen in Figures 5, 6, 7, 9, 10]
An embodiment similar to those described above wherein a cut out 34 is made in the angel bolt 4 support panel 30, such that it allows the Neptune assembly to be mounted more easily. [as seen in Figure 6]
date recue/date recieved 2022 06 09 An embodiment similar to those described above wherein a cut out 37 is made in the angel bolt 4 support panel 30, such that it allows the travelling angel wheel 39 whose shaft 4 is mounted on the lever arms 17 to move slightly up and down according to the direction of force imposed upon the lever arms 17. [as seem in Figure 7]
An embodiment similar to those described above wherein a vertical strut extends on each side of the motor at its middle, which struts 21 allow auxiliary angel shafts 39 to carry auxiliary angel wheels 40 on the inner and outer circumference of the sun wheel 13, and to better support the sun wheel. [as seen in Figure 8]
An embodiment similar to those described above wherein a triple-strand sun wheel 13 is used, partly to add mass, and thereby impetus to the force imposed against the lesser Neptune wheel 11, and to its successive elements. The triple-strand sun wheel may also allow a smoother rotation of the sun wheel within its angel wheel 19, 40 support network. [as seen in Figure io]
