Abstract
L'invention concerne des dispositifs, des systèmes et des procédés de traitement vidéo. Un exemple de procédé de traitement vidéo consiste à déterminer, pour un bloc d'une vidéo, un paramètre de quantification associé au bloc, coder le bloc de la vidéo en une représentation de flux binaire de la vidéo sous forme de bloc codé par palette en partie sur la base d'une valeur modifiée du paramètre de quantification, et signaler des informations codées relatives au paramètre de quantification dans la représentation de flux binaire.
