Abstract

Des exemples de dispositifs de réparation de valvule pour réparer une valvule d'origine d'un patient comprennent des parties de coaptation expansibles. Une partie de coaptation présente une ouverture et une partie expansible qui est conçue pour se dilater vers l'extérieur à travers l'ouverture. Une autre partie de coaptation expansible présente une tige centrale, un tube d'actionnement et un écarteur expansible. Une première extrémité de l'écarteur expansible est fixée à la tige centrale. Une deuxième extrémité de l'écarteur expansible est fixée au tube de verrouillage. La rotation du tube d'actionnement par rapport à la tige centrale provoque la dilatation de l'écarteur expansible.
