Abstract
Il est décrit des méthodes de fabrication dun matériau tissé 3D et un matériau tissé 3D donné à titre dexemple destinés à un appareil sportif. Les tresses données à titre dexemple peuvent être incorporées dans tout appareil sportif, tel que des bâtons de baseball, des bâtons de crosse, des bâtons de hockey, des raquettes, des casques et dautres équipements protecteurs. Lappareil sportif donné à titre dexemple peut être confectionné, en partie ou entièrement, à laide dune structure tridimensionnelle tressée. Le matériau tressé 3D peut être un empilement multidirectionnel ayant des câbles orientés dans trois directions (X, Y et Z) et également selon tout angle créé par la combinaison de deux ou trois directions. Une seule préforme tissée peut être formée, laquelle peut avoir une forme presque nette du produit formé, les fibres étant orientées dune manière qui sera optimale pour lapplication particulière.
