Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de créer un câble composite ayant au moins une terminaison haute performance sur au moins une extrémité. Une terminaison haute performance est ajoutée à une extrémité d'un élément synthétique court à résistance à la traction. La résistance de l'élément à résistance à la traction et de la terminaison est ensuite testée. Une fois testé de manière satisfaisante, le câble court est épissé sur un long câble du même type à l'aide de techniques d'épissage selon l'état de la technique. L'union du câble court et du câble long crée un câble « composite » comprenant une terminaison haute performance sur au moins une extrémité. Dans la plupart des applications, il est préférable de régler la longueur du câble court de sorte que l'épissure entrelacée se trouve à un emplacement souhaité.
