Abstract
An underwear garment for the metered delivery of Cannabidiol oil to a user's pelvic, pubic, genital, perineum or buttocks wherein the underwear has, over one or more of those areas, a top sheet closest to the skin, a layer of absorbent polymer for the absorption of fluid adjacent the top sheet, and a layer of CBD oil sandwiched between the top sheet and the layer of absorbent polymer, so that the user's bodily heat and fluid, including perspiration and/or discharge, causes swelling of the absorbent polymer which then in turn propels the CBD oil through the top sheet onto the adjacent bodily area of the user.

Description of the Invention:
This present invention is a unique process, for the delivery of Cannabidiol oil (CBD), to implement with the use of nonwoven Disposable Underwear, in the following styles.
Design styles 1,2,3,4,6 and 7, are for women's menstruation, light incontinence or light bladder leakage, mid month discharge days; additionally, can be used for therapeutic uses, to prevent cancer cells, as an anti-emetic to help with nausea;
also to help with mild rejuvenation of an atrophic vagina -through loss of hormones; lastly it may be used as a replacement of underwear whilst travelling or partaking in sports etc. However, design 5, is for therapeutic benefits for men. This design will be useful for aiding healing after a vasectomy or for men that suffer light incontinence.
There are several design additions that can be extended to this application. Design (1) the "All-in-one-Disposable-Thong", with Cannabidiol oil (CBD); which the Cannabidiol oil (CBD) is incorporated in the manufacturing process by an automated exact measured dosing machine, into the nonwoven top sheet located in the crotch area, for therapeutic use - for female use.
Additionally, for design style (2), "All-in-one-Disposable-Thong", with Cannabidiol oil (CBD). The invention is multipurpose, the "All-in-one-Disposable-Thong", with Cannabidiol oil (CBD), has an ingenious delivery system for administering the Cannabidiol oil (CBD). The said item has been impregnated/infused/treated with Cannabidiol oil (CBD) ¨ at varying depths using an accurate dose, automated liquid injecting dispensing system; either contained in a strip along the middle of the "All-in-one-Disposable-Thong", or covering the whole area, of the top layer of the during the manufacturing process.
The wearer puts on the "All-in-one-Disposable-Thong", with Cannabidiol oil (CBD), as a pair of underwear, peels off the new style protective film /seal from the embossed or printed non woven top sheet to secure fully in place as underwear. Claims (6)
1. An underwear garment for the metered delivery of Cannabidiol oil (CBD oil) to a user's skin particularly in the area of the user's pelvic, pubic, genital, perineum, buttocks, and the like, wherein the underwear has, over one or more of those areas, a sandwich construction of a top sheet closest to the skin, a layer of absorbent polymer for the absorption of fluid adjacent the top sheet, and a layer of CBD oil sandwiched between the top sheet and the layer of absorbent polymer, wherein the layer of absorbent polymer is adapted so that the user's bodily heat and fluid, including perspiration and/or discharge, causes swelling of the absorbent polymer once the fluid has filtered through the top sheet, which then in turn propels the CBD oil through the top sheet onto the adjacent skin of the user for absorption thereon.
2. The garment of claim 1 further comprising a hydrophobic back sheet forming a layer on the opposite side of the absorbent polymer layer, opposite the top sheet and CBD
oil layer, so that the fluid is propelled by the hydrophobic back sheet into the absorbent polymer layer.

6. The garment of claim 5 wherein the perforations in the top sheet are sized so as to meter a desired flow rate of CBD
