Abstract
Device for food processing that facilitate the user the food processing of turnovers in a fast way and as a result, saves time and energy in this kind of work, which is comprised of a base element with two parts that can be folded in an independent way. In addition, it is provided with a top contact element and a closing element type lever. Besides, all the products with this device will came out in identical shape and size.
Description
DETAIL DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Device to prepare food that is composed of a base element A(1) with a concave half-circle smooth surface and a half circle flat surface at a lower elevation, with a flat base on its lower surface and four elements type hinge (5), located on its opposite sides. It has a concave half-circle element B(2) that has engraved patterns of kites, leaves or harts on its periphery, which is joined to the base element with two elements type hinge which allow it to have a movement of opening and closing and two handles to facilitate the movement of opening and closing of this element. Besides, it has a slight slope that has been added to the outer edge of the concave half-circle of the base element A(1) and also to the outer edge of the second concave half-circle piece B(2) that has engraved patterns of kites, leaves or harts to cut the dough excess of the turnovers. In addition, is provided with a top element (3) of circular concave shape in its lower and upper surface of one piece, which is attached to part A(1) by means of fastening hinge type (5) which allows that the top element have a movement of opening and closing with regard to the base element. Additionally, it has a lever type element (4), which makes contact with the upper surface of the top element (3), joined by fastening hinge type (5),to the part A(1), this element when manipulated will make pressure and will ensure the perfect closure of the three elements.
For its operation it is a simple device of curved shape since in the contact surfaces both element resemble two dishes overlapping, the lower concave surfaces, part A and B are divided into two halves, that eventually will doubled by the half to give shape to the food preferably turnovers.
Besides, the periphery of the concave half-circle surface B(2) has engraved designs specially made to form the repulgo of the turnovers, the top element (3) has a smooth surface and is designed to press the dough and to form the dough into a shape of concave tortilla that afterwards will be filled of various foods such as jam, meet and cheese among others and will fold to form the turnover.
This invention is preferable made of plastic, wood, aluminum and cast iron or it can be made of any suitable material.
The person who uses this device to make turnovers no longer will have to use 2 or 3 different devices, so this device for food processing solves the problem of lengthy time consumption for making turnovers.
This utensil can be used for domestic use and restaurant sector. The benefit that it provides to the user is that it saves time and effort in making the turnovers.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION CHANGES
I changed the level to another position which allowed me to remove the truncated cone shape element from the level in order to better catch the lever, and also to be able to make more pressure and as a result, have a better distribution of the dough.
The device to prepare food had a base element of concave circular shaped in its upper surface and with a pattern of gradual undulations on its periphery that have been changed for a base element with a concave half-circle and a half-circle flat surface at a lower elevation because this new peace allowed me to change the level to another position to be able to make more pressure when the dough is crushed.
The device to prepare food had a pattern of gradual undulations which did not allow the top element (3) of circular concave shape to close well and crush the dough properly. The new device has a concave half-circle smooth surface A(1) and a concave half-circle element (B) that has engraved patterns, so nothing interfere when the dough is crushed by the top element (3) of circular concave shape.
The device to prepare food did not have any handle type in the concave half-circle that have a movement of opening and closing to form the turnover. In this device I added 2 handle type to facilitate the movement of opening and closing of this element.
The elements type hinge (5) that facilitate the movement of opening and closing to form the turnover have been changed for a stronger ones in order to make a more durable device.
DESCRIPTION
There are some similar products on the market; however, this invention is a novelty product, since it has concave surfaces which allow the appropriate accommodation of the food to be prepared. In addition, it has a lever that makes sure that a similar quantity of the product is evenly distributed in each production cycle.

Claims (6)
- Claim 1.- A device for food processing composed of a base element A(1) with a concave half-circle and a flat surface at a lower elevation and is attached to four elements type hinge (5) located on opposite sides of this element, and with a flat base on its bottom surface.
- Claim 2.- The device for food processing further comprising a concave half circle element B(2) with a pattern of kites, (model 1) leaves (model 2) or harts (model 3) on its periphery and that is joined to the base element at least with 2 elements type hinge which allows it to have a movement of opening and closing.
- Claim 3.-The device for food processing further compressing a top element (3) of circular concave shape in its lower and upper surface of one peace, which is attached to one side of the base element A(1) by means of fastening hinge (5) which allows that this top element have a movement of opening and closing with regard to the base element.
- Claim 4.-The device for food processing further comprising a lever-type element (4), joined by an element of fastening hinge type (5) to the base element A(1) this element when manipulated ensures the perfect closure of the base and top elements.
- Claim 5.-The device for food processing further comprising a slight slope that have been added to the periphery of part A(1) and part B(2) of concave circular shape to cut the dough excess of the turnovers.
- Claim 6.- The device for food processing further comprising two handles type located on the edge of the concave half-circle element part B(2) and two handles type in the top element of concave circular shape (3) to facilitate the movement of opening and closing of these elements.
