Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé d'automatisation d'opérations et de processus basés sur des connaissances qui comprend un ordinateur recevant un ensemble de données d'informations comprenant les connaissances et l'organisation de l'ensemble de données d'informations en une pluralité d'éléments d'informations. L'ordinateur mappe la pluralité d'éléments d'informations dans des processus de connaissances exprimés dans un langage de modélisation de processus de connaissances. Ensuite, l'ordinateur convertit les processus de connaissances en un langage exécutable de processus de connaissances. De façon alternative (ou de façon additionnelle), l'ordinateur traduit les processus de connaissances dans un langage de modèle de processus commercial et convertit les processus de connaissances traduits en un langage exécutable de processus commercial.
