Abstract
A portable drilling machine and a water-seal structure of a power head thereof relate to the technical field of drilling machines. The water-seal structure of the power head comprises a power head main shaft and a water-seal inner sleeve , the power head main shaft is axially provided with a drilling fluid channel, a water-seal outer sleeve is sleeved outside the water-seal inner sleeve, the water-seal outer sleeve is mounted on the power head housing, and the water-seal outer sleeve and the water-seal inner sleeve both penetrate through water injection ports , wherein two groups of sealing rings are provided between the water-seal inner sleeve and the water-seal outer sleeve, a supporting ring is clamped between the two groups of sealing rings, a water through port penetrates through the supporting ring, an adjusting ring is connected to the water-seal outer sleeve, the adjusting ring compresses the sealing ring positioned above.

Detailed Description The drilling machine of the invention is provided with a base frame, a drilling tower is provided on the base frame, a power head rail is provided on the drilling tower, and the power head is mounted on the power head rail and can slide relative to the power head rail. In order to seal the power head, a water-seal structure of a power head is provided on the power head. Referring to Figs. 1 and 2, the water-seal structure of the power head of the portable drilling machine provided by the invention comprises a power head main shaft 2 and a water-seal inner sleeve 1 fixedly sleeved on the power head main shaft 2, the power head main shaft 2 is axially provided with a drilling fluid channel 21, a water-seal outer sleeve 3 is sleeved outside the water-seal inner sleeve 1, and the water-seal outer sleeve 3 is mounted on a power head housing 4 and does not rotate along with the power head main shaft 2; the water-seal outer sleeve 3 and the water-seal inner sleeve 1 both penetrate through a water injection port 5 leading to the drilling fluid channel 21.
Referring to Fig. 2, two groups of sealing rings 6 distributed longitudinally are provided between the water-seal inner sleeve 1 and the water-seal outer sleeve 3, the two groups of sealing rings 6 are a longitudinally symmetrical distribution, a supporting ring 7 is clamped between the two groups of sealing rings 6, the supporting ring 7 penetrates in the circumferential direction through a plurality of water through ports 71 communicated with the water injection ports 5, and the water-seal inner sleeve 1 penetrates in the circumferential direction through a plurality of water injection ports 5; an annular cavity 12 is formed between a middle section of the inner side of the water-seal inner sleeve 1 and the power head main shaft 2, and 0-shaped sealing rings 13 are provided above and below the annular cavity 12; the power head main shaft 2 is provided with a plurality of through holes 22 communicated with the annular cavity 12 and the drilling fluid channel 21, which can increase the flowing speed of the drilling fluid; and meanwhile, the plurality of through holes 22 are distributed on sections with different heights along the axial direction of the power head main shaft 2, which will not reduce the strength limit of the power head main shaft 2 subjected to shearing force.
Referring to Fig. 4, the sealing rings positioned below sequentially comprise an anti-extrusion ring 61, a V-shaped ring 62 and a sand retaining ring 63 from bottom to top, wherein the V-shaped ring 62 comprises two V-shaped rubber rings 622 and two V-shaped fabric rubber rings 621, the V-shaped fabric rubber rings 621 and the V-shaped rubber rings 622 are closely provided at intervals, and the whole sealing rings 6 is radially expanded when being axially compressed.
Referring to Fig. 3, the sand retaining ring 63 is made of a wear-resistant material, wherein the sand retaining ring 63 positioned below is provided with a sealing lip 631 extending upwards to be between the water-seal inner sleeve 1 and the supporting ring 7, the sealing lip 631 gradually narrows from bottom to top, the inner side of the sealing lip 631 is attached to the outer side of the water-seal inner sleeve 1, and an inclined plane 72 matched with the outer side surface of the sealing lip 631 is provided on the inner side of the supporting ring 7; the sealing lip 631 is always attached to the water-seal inner sleeve 1 under the action of pressure, and most sand particles in the drilling fluid can be blocked, so that the service life of the sealing ring 6 is prolonged.
In order to reduce the replacement frequency of the sealing ring 6, the lower end of the water-seal outer sleeve 3 is connected with an adjusting ring 8, and the adjusting ring 8 is threadedly connected at the lower end of the water-seal outer sleeve 3 and compresses the anti-extrusion ring 61 by a gasket 9; when the sealing ring 6 is abraded, the sealing ring 6 can still provide sealing under the action of pressure, and when it cannot be sealed by pressure compensation with the sealing rings further abrasion, the adjusting ring 8 is adjusted to move upwards, the two groups of sealing rings 6 are radially deformed under pressure and compensate the abrasion of the sealing rings 6, the sealing rings 6 can still provide sealing, so that harmful solid phases are prevented from entering a friction pair. In this way, the gasket 9 can effectively protect the sealing ring 6 from excessive pressure exerted by the adjusting ring 8 to cause damage to the sealing ring 6.
Optionally, the sealing ring 6 may not be provided with the sand retaining ring 63, and the V-shaped ring 62 may include only one V-shaped rubber ring 622 and one V-shaped fabric rubber ring 621, the V-shaped rubber ring 622 and the V-shaped fabric rings 621 are arranged adjacent to each other.
In addition, an anti-loosening ring 14 for locking the adjusting rings 8 is further provided on the water-seal outer sleeve 3 to prevent the adjusting rings 8 from being vibrated and displaced. Preferably, the direction of rotation of the adjusting ring 8 is the same as the direction of rotation of the power head main shaft 2, so that the adjusting ring 8 is prevented from loosening.
In addition, the water-seal outer sleeve 3 is floatingly mounted on the power head housing 4 in a spring pressing mode. Specifically, the water-seal outer sleeve 3 is provided with a flange 31, and the flange 31 is mounted on the power head housing 4 via at least two equal-height limiting bolts 10; the flange 31 is sleeved on a polished rod of the equal-height limiting bolts 10 and connected with the head of the equal-height limiting bolt 10 by a springs 11. The floating type fixing structure of the water-seal outer sleeve 3 can ensure automatic application when the main shaft of the power head 2 swings, so that no gaps are formed between the seal ring 6 and the water-seal inner sleeve 1 and harmful solid phases are prevented from entering the friction pair.
The above are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and as long as it achieves the technical effects of the present invention by any identical or similar means, it should fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Industrial Applicability The water-seal structure of the power head of the drilling machine of the invention is mainly used on a portable drilling machine. With the water-seal structure of the invention, when the sealing rings are abraded, the sealing rings can still provide sealing under the action of pressure, and when it cannot be sealed by pressure compensation with the sealing rings further abrasion, the sealing rings are compressed by the adjusting ring, so that the sealing rings are radially deformed to provide further compensation, and can still be sealed. Therefore, harmful solid phases are prevented from entering a friction pair, the sealing rings are not required to be frequently replaced, and the service life is prolonged.
Preferably, the main shaft of the power head is provided with a plurality of through holes communicated with the annular cavity and the drilling fluid channel, and the plurality of through holes are distributed on sections with different heights along the axis direction of the power head main shaft.
Preferably, the adjusting ring is threadedly connected at a lower end of the water-seal outer sleeve, and an anti-loosening ring used for locking the adjusting ring is further provided on the water-seal outer sleeve.

Detailed Description The drilling machine of the invention is provided with a base frame, a drilling tower is provided on the base frame, a power head rail is provided on the drilling tower, and the power head is mounted on the power head rail and can slide relative to the power head rail. In order to seal the power head, a water-seal structure of a power head is provided on the power head. Referring to Fig. 2, two groups of sealing rings 6 distributed longitudinally are provided between the water-seal inner sleeve 1 and the water-seal outer sleeve 3, the two groups of sealing rings 6 are a longitudinally symmetrical distribution, a supporting ring 7 is clamped between the two groups of sealing rings 6, the supporting ring 7 penetrates in the circumferential direction through a plurality of water through ports 71 communicated with the water injection ports 5, and the water-seal inner sleeve 1 penetrates in the circumferential direction through a plurality of water injection ports 5; an annular cavity 12 is formed between a middle section of the inner side of the water-seal inner sleeve 1 and the power head main shaft 2, and 0-shaped sealing rings 13 are provided above and below the annular cavity 12; the power head main shaft 2 is provided with a plurality of through holes 22 communicated with the annular cavity 12 and the drilling fluid channel 21, which can increase the flowing speed of the drilling fluid; and meanwhile, the plurality of through holes 22 are distributed on sections with different heights along the axial direction of the power head main shaft 2, which will not reduce the strength limit of the power head main shaft 2 subjected to shearing force.
Referring to Fig. 4, the sealing rings positioned below sequentially comprise an anti-extrusion ring 61, a V-shaped ring 62 and a sand retaining ring 63 from bottom to top, wherein the V-shaped ring 62 comprises two V-shaped rubber rings 622 and two V-shaped fabric rubber rings 621, the V-shaped fabric rubber rings 621 and the V-shaped rubber rings 622 are closely provided at intervals, and the whole sealing rings 6 is radially expanded when being axially compressed.
Referring to Fig. 3, the sand retaining ring 63 is made of a wear-resistant material, wherein the sand retaining ring 63 positioned below is provided with a sealing lip 631 extending upwards to be between the water-seal inner sleeve 1 and the supporting ring 7, the sealing lip 631 gradually narrows from bottom to top, the inner side of the sealing lip 631 is attached to the outer side of the water-seal inner sleeve 1, and an inclined plane 72 matched with the outer side surface of the sealing lip 631 is provided on the inner side of the supporting ring 7; the sealing lip 631 is always attached to the water-seal inner sleeve 1 under the action of pressure, and most sand particles in the drilling fluid can be blocked, so that the service life of the sealing ring 6 is prolonged.
In order to reduce the replacement frequency of the sealing ring 6, the lower end of the water-seal outer sleeve 3 is connected with an adjusting ring 8, and the adjusting ring 8 is threadedly connected at the lower end of the water-seal outer sleeve 3 and compresses the anti-extrusion ring 61 by a gasket 9; when the sealing ring 6 is abraded, the sealing ring 6 can still provide sealing under the action of pressure, and when it cannot be sealed by pressure compensation with the sealing rings further abrasion, the adjusting ring 8 is adjusted to move upwards, the two groups of sealing rings 6 are radially deformed under pressure and compensate the abrasion of the sealing rings 6, the sealing rings 6 can still provide sealing, so that harmful solid phases are prevented from entering a friction pair. In this way, the gasket 9 can effectively protect the sealing ring 6 from excessive pressure exerted by the adjusting ring 8 to cause damage to the sealing ring 6.
Optionally, the sealing ring 6 may not be provided with the sand retaining ring 63, and the V-shaped ring 62 may include only one V-shaped rubber ring 622 and one V-shaped fabric rubber ring 621, the V-shaped rubber ring 622 and the V-shaped fabric rings 621 are arranged adjacent to each other.
In addition, an anti-loosening ring 14 for locking the adjusting rings 8 is further provided on the water-seal outer sleeve 3 to prevent the adjusting rings 8 from being vibrated and displaced. Preferably, the direction of rotation of the adjusting ring 8 is the same as the direction of rotation of the power head main shaft 2, so that the adjusting ring 8 is prevented from loosening.
In addition, the water-seal outer sleeve 3 is floatingly mounted on the power head housing 4 in a spring pressing mode. Specifically, the water-seal outer sleeve 3 is provided with a flange 31, and the flange 31 is mounted on the power head housing 4 via at least two equal-height limiting bolts 10; the flange 31 is sleeved on a polished rod of the equal-height limiting bolts 10 and connected with the head of the equal-height limiting bolt 10 by a springs 11. The floating type fixing structure of the water-seal outer sleeve 3 can ensure automatic application when the main shaft of the power head 2 swings, so that no gaps are formed between the seal ring 6 and the water-seal inner sleeve 1 and harmful solid phases are prevented from entering the friction pair.
The above are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and as long as it achieves the technical effects of the present invention by any identical or similar means, it should fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Industrial Applicability The water-seal structure of the power head of the drilling machine of the invention is mainly used on a portable drilling machine. With the water-seal structure of the invention, when the sealing rings are abraded, the sealing rings can still provide sealing under the action of pressure, and when it cannot be sealed by pressure compensation with the sealing rings further abrasion, the sealing rings are compressed by the adjusting ring, so that the sealing rings are radially deformed to provide further compensation, and can still be sealed. Therefore, harmful solid phases are prevented from entering a friction pair, the sealing rings are not required to be frequently replaced, and the service life is prolonged.
Claims (18)
1. A water-seal structure of a power head of a portable drilling machine, the water-seal structure comprising a power head main shaft and a water-seal inner sleeve fixedly sleeved on the power head main shaft, the power head main shaft is axially provided with a drilling fluid channel, a water-seal outer sleeve is sleeved outside the water-seal inner sleeve, the water-seal outer sleeve is mounted on a power head housing, and at least one water injection port is provided which penetrates both the water-seal outer sleeve and the water-seal inner sleeve and is leading to the drilling fluid channel, wherein, two groups of combined sealing rings distributed longitudinally are provided between the water-seal inner sleeve and the water-seal outer sleeve, a supporting ring is clamped between the two groups of the combined sealing rings, at least one water through port communicating with the water injection port penetrates through the supporting ring, an adjusting ring capable of being adjusted upwards and downwards relative to the water-seal outer sleeve is connected to a lower end of the water-seal outer sleeve, the adjusting ring compresses a lower one of the two groups of combined sealing rings, and when the adjusting ring moves up, the two groups of combined sealing rings are subjected to compression-induced radial deformation and compensate for abrasion of the combined sealing rings, wherein the two groups of combined sealing rings have a longitudinally symmetrical distribution, and the lower group of combined sealing rings comprises an anti-extrusion ring, a V-shaped ring and a sand retaining ring sequentially from bottom to top, and wherein the sand retaining ring of the lower group of combined sealing rings is provided with a sealing lip extending upwards between the water-seal inner sleeve and the supporting ring, the sealing lip gradually narrows from bottom to top, and the inner side of the sealing lip is attached to the outer side of the water-seal inner sleeve, and wherein a top portion of the sealing lip extends beyond a top portion of the supporting ring.

2. The water-seal structure of the power head of the portable drilling machine according to claim 1, wherein the V-shaped ring comprises two V-shaped rubber rings and two V-shaped fabric rubber rings, and the V-shaped fabric rubber rings and the V-shaped rubber rings are closely provided at intervals.
3. The water-seal structure of the power head of the portable drilling machine according to claim 2, wherein an inclined plane matched with the outer side surface of the sealing lip is provided on the inner side of the supporting ring.
4. The water-seal structure of the power head of the portable drilling machine according to claim 2 or claim 3, wherein the adjusting ring compresses the anti-extrusion ring via a gasket.
5. The water-seal structure of the power head of the portable drilling machine according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the water-seal outer sleeve is provided with a flange, the flange is mounted on the power head housing via at least two limiting bolts, each limiting bolt has an unthreaded rod and a head, and the flange is sleeved on the unthreaded rod of each limiting bolt and connected with the head of each limiting bolt by a spring.
6. The water-seal structure of the power head of the portable drilling machine according to claim 5, wherein the at least two limiting bolts are equal-height limiting bolts.
7. The water-seal structure of the power head of the portable drilling machine according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the at least one water through port comprises a plurality of water through ports penetrating the supporting ring in the circumferential direction, the at least one water injection port comprises a plurality of the water injection ports penetrating the water-seal inner sleeve in the circumferential direction, an annular cavity is formed between a middle section of the inner side of the water-seal inner sleeve and the power head main shaft, and 0-shaped sealing rings are Date recue / Date received 2021-12-21 provided above and below the annular cavity.

The water-seal structure of the power head of the portable drilling machine according to claim 7, wherein the power head main shaft is provided with a plurality of through holes communicating with the annular cavity and the drilling fluid channel, and the plurality of through holes are distributed on sections of different levels along a longitudinal direction of the power head main shaft.

The water-seal structure of the power head of the portable drilling machine according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the adjusting ring is threadedly connected at the lower end of the water-seal outer sleeve, and an anti-loosening ring used for locking the adjusting ring is further provided on the water-seal outer sleeve.
10. A portable drilling machine comprising a base frame, wherein a drilling tower is provided on the base frame, a power head rail is provided on the drilling tower, a power head is mounted on the power head rail and slides relative to the power head rail, and the water-seal structure of the power head as defined in claim 1 is provided on the power head.
11. The portable drilling machine according to claim 10, wherein the V-shaped ring comprises two V-shaped rubber rings and two V-shaped fabric rubber rings, and the V-shaped fabric rubber rings and the V-shaped rubber rings are closely provided at intervals.
12. The portable drilling machine according to claim 10 or claim 11, wherein an inclined plane matched with the outer side surface of the sealing lip is provided on the inner side of the supporting ring.
13. The portable drilling machine according to any one of claims 10 to 12, wherein the adjusting ring compresses the anti-extrusion ring via a gasket.

The portable drilling machine according to any one of claims 10 to 13, wherein the water-seal outer sleeve is provided with a flange, the flange is mounted on the power head housing via at least two limiting bolts, each limiting bolt has an unthreaded rod and a head, and the flange is sleeved on the unthreaded rod of each limiting bolt and connected with the head of each limiting bolt by a spring.
15. The portable drilling machine according to claim 14, wherein the at least two limiting bolts are equal-height limiting bolts.
16. The portable drilling machine according to any one of claims 10 to 15, wherein the at least one water through port comprises a plurality of water through ports penetrating the supporting ring in the circumferential direction, the at least one water injection port comprises a plurality of water injection ports penetrating the water-seal inner sleeve in the circumferential direction, an annular cavity is formed between a middle section of the inner side of the water-seal inner sleeve and the power head main shaft, and 0-shaped sealing rings are provided above and below the annular cavity.
17. The portable drilling machine according to claim 10, wherein the power head main shaft is provided with a plurality of through holes communicating with the annular cavity and the drilling fluid channel, and the plurality of through holes are distributed on sections of different levels along a longitudinal direction of the power head main shaft.
18. The portable drilling machine according to any one of claims 10 to 17, wherein the adjusting ring is threadedly connected at the lower end of the water-seal outer sleeve, and an anti-loosening ring used for locking the adjusting ring is further provided on the water-seal outer sleeve.
