Abstract
La présente invention concerne des structures de paroi de fenêtre et de meneau de mur-rideau ou de traverse comprenant un composant constitué d'un matériau thermiquement isolant recouvrant sensiblement une totalité d'un côté extérieur d'un segment structurel métallique où un premier élément de fixation traversant la structure métallique et dans le composant est orienté généralement parallèlement au côté extérieur ou parallèlement à au moins une surface tournée vers l'extérieur du segment métallique. Le composant isolant comprend une première fente et une seconde fente conçues pour recevoir des éléments de fixation où les fentes sont orientées généralement perpendiculairement. Le composant est dépourvu de pénétrations traversant le composant jusqu'à la structure.
