Abstract

L'invention concerne une pièce moulée estampée à chaud comportant un métal de base 10 et une couche de placage 20 formée sur la surface du métal de base. La couche de placage 20 comprend une couche interfaciale 21, une couche intermédiaire 22 et une couche d'oxyde 23, dans cet ordre à partir du côté du métal de base 10 ; la structure de la couche interfaciale 21 comprend au moins un type d'alliage Fe-Al choisi parmi aFe, Fe3Al et le rapport surfacique total de l'alliage Fe-Al est d'au moins 99 % ; la couche intermédiaire 22 comprend au moins un type de phase Fe-Al-Zn choisie parmi Fe(Al,Zn)2, Fe2(Al,Zn)5 et Fe(Al,Zn)3 et le pourcentage surfacique total des phases Fe-Al-Zn est d'au moins 50 % ; la composition moyenne, en % en masse, comprend 30 à 50 % d'Al et 15 à 30 % de Zn ; l'épaisseur moyenne de film de la couche d'oxyde 23 est de 3,0 µm ou moins ; et la teneur en Mg va de 0,05 à 0,50 g/m2.
