Abstract
La présente divulgation concerne des systèmes, des procédés, des dispositifs et des techniques pour le prétraitement de résidus fins de sables bitumineux afin den éliminer les débris grossiers et produire des résidus filtrés ayant une réactivité et/ou une capacité de mélange améliorées avec des produits chimiques dans une opération subséquente de traitement chimique des résidus, qui peut comprend la déshydratation. Les techniques de filtration de prétraitement peuvent aussi produire des résidus fins de sables bitumineux pour permettre une réduction des dommages, de lencrassement et/ou de lenfichage du matériel en aval utilisé dans les opérations de traitement en aval, qui peuvent comprendre la floculation et la déshydratation.
