Abstract
La présente invention décrit un procédé d'amplification d'ADN génomique, tel que l'amplification du génome entier, comprenant l'utilisation d'un système transposase pour produire des fragments de l'ADN génomique comprenant des sites de liaison aux amorces, l'isolement dans l'huile de chaque fragment à l'intérieur de sa propre microgouttelette aqueuse conjointement aux réactifs d'amplification PCR, l'amplification de chaque fragment à l'intérieur de sa propre microgouttelette aqueuse, la désémulsification des microgouttelettes pour obtenir les amplicons et le séquençage des amplicons.
