Abstract
L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés permettant de capturer et d'afficher des images en temps réel de l'environnement devant un utilisateur. Selon un mode de réalisation, l'invention porte sur un boîtier pour un dispositif mobile ayant une surface d'affichage tournée vers le haut et une surface inférieure opposée. Le boîtier peut comprendre un logement et un capteur d'image ayant au moins un axe optique configuré pour être orienté selon un angle obtus fixe par rapport à la surface inférieure lorsque le dispositif mobile est retenu par le logement. Le capteur d'image peut être orienté de telle sorte que lorsque le logement est maintenu par un utilisateur en marche à un angle aigu par rapport à un plan sur lequel l'utilisateur marche, le ou les axes optiques sont généralement orientés dans le sens de la marche de l'utilisateur. Le boîtier peut en outre comprendre un ensemble de circuits permettant d'acheminer, à partir du ou des capteurs d'image, des données d'image pour un affichage en temps réel sur la surface d'affichage.
