Abstract
L'invention concerne une cartouche modulaire à raccordement par poussée pour un raccord fileté de plomberie, la cartouche comprenant une cupule cylindrique comportant une face annulaire au niveau d'une extrémité et un épaulement cylindrique au niveau d'une extrémité opposée. Un joint circulaire est placé contre la face annulaire, et une bague d'appui circulaire est placée contre le joint sur un côté opposé à la face annulaire. Une bague de préhension comprenant des dents faisant saillie vers l'intérieur est placée contre la bague d'appui sur un côté opposé au joint, et une bague de confinement se met en contact avec la bague de préhension sur un côté opposé à la bague d'appui. La bague de confinement est solidaire de l'épaulement de la cupule afin de maintenir l'unité de la bague de confinement, la bague de préhension, la bague d'appui et le joint. La présente cartouche modulaire à raccordement par poussée peut être soudée à un raccord fileté de plomberie utilisant une quantité très inférieure de matériau, ce qui réduit considérablement les coûts de fabrication.
