Abstract
L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés pour surveiller une propriété à l'aide d'un système d'unités de capteur situées dans un ou plusieurs locaux de la propriété, qui peuvent s'interfacer avec des services énergétiques respectifs entrant dans les locaux ou générés par des appareils situés dans les locaux en ne demandant qu'un effort minime, sans obliger à modifier les équipements ou les appareils fournissant les services. Les systèmes et les procédés peuvent être reliés directement à un système de surveillance, d'analyse et de notification en nuage au moyen d'une connexion de réseau à longue distance depuis une ou plusieurs des unités de capteur. Le système de capteurs peut également comporter des unités principales et secondaires, avec au moins une unité principale capable de communiquer directement avec le système en nuage/le serveur au moyen d'une connexion à longue distance, les unités secondaires envoyant des données au nuage par l'intermédiaire de l'unité principale en communiquant au niveau de la propriété au moyen d'une connexion de communication à courte distance. L'invention concerne également diverses unités de capteur permettant de surveiller spécifiquement les débits d'eau et les fuites d'eau, les inondations, le bon fonctionnement des pompes de puisard, les niveaux dans les adoucisseurs d'eau et dans d'autres récipients de liquides, l'utilisation de l'énergie électrique, le fonctionnement des fours, entre autres éléments décrits ici.
