a second server generating a first electronic certificate by freezing a first data value in a first account, wherein the first electronic certificate includes at least an interactive request for obtaining a second electronic certificate, and wherein the interactive request includes a preset condition that the second electronic certificate needs to be satisfied, wherein the interactive request further includes a first account or contact information of a first user; wherein the second electronic certificate includes a target information of a second account or contact information of a second user, wherein the second user is a second account user and the first user is a first account user;
a first server receiving the first electronic certificate from a first terminal, and the second electronic certificate from a second terminal;
after obtaining the second electronic certificate matched with the preset condition, the first server delivering the first electronic certificate with the preset condition to the second terminal according to the target information of the second account or contact information of the second user; and the first server delivering the second electronic certificate to the first terminal according to the first account or contact information of the first user.
2. The method of claim 1, further includes:
after obtaining the second electronic certificate matched with the preset condition, the first server delivering the first electronic certificate with the preset condition to the second terminal according to the contact information of the second user; and Date Recue/Date Received 2022-05-18 the first server delivering the second electronic certificate to the first terminal according to the contact information of the first user.
3. The method of any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the interactive request includes a preset time.

the first server delivering the first electronic certificate with the preset condition to the second terminal and delivering a determined second electronic certificate to the first terminal.
5. The method of any one of claims 1 to 3, further includes:
the first server delivering the first electronic certificate with the preset condition to the second terminal according to the contact information of the second user and delivering a determined second electronic certificate to the first terminal according to the contact information of the first user.
6. The method of any one of claims 1 to 5, further includes:
the first server obtaining the second electronic certificate that matches the preset condition when requesting an authentication for the interactive request included in the first electronic certificate and the authentication has succeeded.

the third server searching the first server for the second electronic certificate that matches with the preset condition;
after obtaining the second electronic certificate matched with the preset condition, the third server delivering the first electronic certificate with the preset condition to the second terminal according to the target information of the second account or contact information of the second user; and the third server delivering the second electronic certificate to the first terminal according to the first account or contact information of the first user.
27. The method of claim 26, further includes:
after obtaining the second electronic certificate matched with the preset condition, the third server delivering the first electronic certificate with the preset condition to the second terminal according to the contact information of the second user; and the third server delivering the second electronic certificate to the first terminal according to the contact information of the first user.

an acquisition module, configured to search for the second electronic certificate that matches with the preset condition from the first server;
a control module configured to:
