Users can conveniently and effectively perform online activities, this is an incomparable experience with offline. However, in the process of conducting online transactions, the payment of funds is required due to the failure of commodities or other reasons to complete the transaction. Therefore, it is necessary to provide an online transaction method and be able to return the transaction funds when the transaction fails.
[5] Further, since users can realize various ways of data interaction through the Internet, it is necessary to provide an online data interaction processing method.
[6] [Summary of the Invention]
[7] The object of the present invention is to provide an online fund management method so as to enable transaction funds to be refunded when a transaction fails, and the transaction parties do not need to provide counterparty account information.
[8] An online fund management method provided in the present invention, the method includes: the first terminal delivers the return request of the received Bank Credit Certificate to the first Funds-Management server; where the Bank Credit Certificate is requested by a second terminal from a second Funds-Management server and generated by the second Funds-Management server as a guarantee of its user account or credit limit as the second terminal;. The first Funds-Management server responds to the return request and determines that the Bank Credit Certificate is in a refundable state, delivering a return notification of the Bank Credit Certificate to the second Funds-Management server; and the second Funds-Management server releases the account of the second terminal user according to the return notification; the amount of funds or credit equal to the value of the Bank Credit Certificate.
[9] Another online fund management method provided by the present invention includes: the first Funds-Management server receives the return request of the received Bank Credit Certificate delivered by the first terminal; where the Bank Credit Certificate is generated by the second terminal to the second Funds-Management server by using the second Funds-Management server as the second terminal's account fund or credit limit of its user as a deposit; and when it is determined that the Bank Credit Certificate is in a refundable state, notify the second Funds-Management server to release the funds or the credit limit of the second terminal user whose value is equal to the value of the Bank Credit Certificate.
[10] Another online fund management method provided by the present invention includes: the second Funds-Management server receives the return notice of the Bank Credit Certificate delivered by the first Funds-Management server in response to the return request of the first terminal, wherein the Bank Credit Certificate is applied to the second Funds-Management server by a second Funds-Management server by using the second Funds-Management server as the guarantee of the account of the user or the credit limit of the second terminal by the second terminal; and releasing the second terminal Funds or lines of credit equal to the Bank Credit Certificate value in the user's account.
[11] In the above online funds management method, after receiving the Bank Credit Certificate that the second terminal applies to the second Funds-Management server, the first terminal may deliver a return request of the Bank Credit Certificate to the first Funds-Management server, the first Funds-Management server notifies the second Funds-Management server of the funds of the second terminal user's account frozen equal to the value of the Bank Credit Certificate when responding to the return request and upon judging that the Bank Credit Certificate is in a refundable state or the credit limit is unfrozen, so as to enable the first terminal to flexibly refund the Bank Credit Certificate and intelligently release the funds of the second terminal after the refund, so that the transaction funds can be refunded when the transaction fails, and the first terminal does not need to know the information of the second terminal, and is directly returned to the second terminal by the Funds-Management server according to the Bank Credit Certificate, thereby ensuring the security of the account information of the first terminal and the second terminal, and simplifying the refund operation. And the use of Bank Credit Certificate online funds management, because before the solution, the second terminal funds are only frozen, when the second terminal return the Bank Credit Certificate, the second Funds-Management server can release the frozen funds of the second terminal directly without involving the transfer of funds, facilitating the operation of the online fund management.
[12] Another object of the present invention is to provide a data interaction processing method, a data interaction system, and a data processing device.
[13] A data interactive party processing method provided in the present invention, the method includes: a first interacting party delivers the returned request of the received data certificate to the first data manager, wherein the data certificate is a second interacting party and a second data management party; the first data management party responding to the return request and determining that the data certificate is in a retractable state, delivering a request to the second data management party and the second data management party releases the data association relation between the data value size of the data certificate and the data certificate in the second interacting party.
[14] Another data interactive party processing method provided in the present invention, includes: the first data manager receives the returned request of the received data certificate delivered by the first user, where the data certificate is a quantitative tool for the pre-established data association relationship between the second interactive party and the second data manager; and when it is determined that the data certificate is in a retractable state, notifying the second data management party of releasing the data association relationship with the second interacting party between the data and the data certificate data value equal to the size of the data association.
[15] Another data interactive party processing method provided by the present invention includes: the second data management party receives the return notification of the data certificate delivered by the first data management party in response to the return request of the second interactive party, wherein the data certificate is a quantification tool of a pre-established data association relationship between a second interactive party and a second data management party; the data association is disconnected from the data value of the data certificate between the second interactive party.
[16] An example of the present invention provides a data interactive party processing system, including: the Second interactive terminal is used to apply to Second Server for data certificate;
[17] The Second Server is used to in response to the application of the second interactive terminal, establish a data association relationship with the second interactive terminal and generate a data value equal to a set-up data association of the second interactive terminal.
The first interactive terminal is used to deliver the First Server a received return request of the data certificate; and the First Server is used to respond to the return request and determine whether the data when the certificate is in a returnable state, delivering a return notification of the data certificate to the Second Server; and the Second Server is also used to remove data association relationships with the data values of the data certificate between the second interactive terminals according to the return notification.
[18] An device for data interactive party processing provided in the present invention includes:
a receiving module is used to receive the returned request of the received data certificate delivered by the first user, where the data certificate is a quantitative tool for the pre-established data association relationship between the second interactive party and the second data manager; and a notification module is used to determine that the data certificate is in a retractable state, notifying the second data management party of releasing the data association relationship with the second interacting party between the data and the data certificate data value equal to the size of the data association.
[19] Another data interactive party processing device provided by the present invention includes: a receiving module, is used to receive the return notification of the data certificate delivered by the first data management party in response to the return request of the second interactive party, wherein the data certificate is a quantification tool of a pre-established data association relationship between a second interactive party and a second data management party; the release module is used to release the data association relation between the data value size of the data certificate that is referred to in the second interactive party.
[20] In the above data interactive party processing method, the data interactive party system, and the data processing device, after receiving the data certificate applied by the second data manager in the first interactive party, the first interactive party may deliver the first interactive request to the first data manager data certificate, the first data manager responds to the return request and notifies the second data manager to release data associated with the data certificate with the second interacting party when it is determined that the data certificate is in a retractable state value of the same size of the data association, and so as to realize the first interactive party flexibly return the data certificate, and since the data certificate is obtained by the first interactive party, the data for the establishment of the association relationship between the second parties has not been transferred to the first interactive party, the second data manager directly releases the data association relation of the second interactive party without involving the actual transfer of the data, so the data transmission amount is reduced, thereby improving the efficiency of data interactive party.
Moreover, in the process of data interactive party, the first and second data management parties are added to the interactive party process. After the first interactive party requests to return the data certificate, the data management party automatically releases the data association relation of the second interactive party so that data interactive party processing more convenient and safe.

[33] [Description of the Preferred Examples]
[34] In order to explain on the technical content, construction characteristics, the purpose and effect of the invention, the following combination of the attached drawings and the embodiment of the invention are explained in detail.
[35] Please refer to Figure 1, which is a schematic flowchart of an online fund management method according to a first example of the present invention. Please refer to Figure 2, in combination with the schematic diagram of the relationship between online funds management, the method and the process shown in this example include the following steps:
[36] S11: the first terminal delivers a refund request of the received Bank Credit Certificate to the first Funds-Management server.
[37] Wherein, the Bank Credit Certificate applies to the second Funds-Management server by the second terminal with its user's account funds or credit line as the guarantee and is generated by the second Funds-Management server, and payment certificate of electronic credit commitment is committed to settle according to the agreed conditions.
The credit limit may be, for example, a credit limit granted by the second Funds-Management server to a second terminal user or a real fund corresponding to the second terminal user's mortgage on the second Funds-Management server. The Bank Credit Certificate is used for online fund management of the first terminal and the second terminal. The second terminal delivers the Bank Credit Certificate information to the first terminal to obtain the corresponding commodity or services. If the transaction is successful, in response to the settlement request, the second Funds-Management server transfers the funds in the account of the second terminal user frozen in the first Funds-Management server equal to the value of the Bank Credit Certificate to the first terminal through the first Funds-Management server user's account, if the transaction fails, the first terminal requests to the first Funds-Management server to return the Bank Credit Certificate.
[38] In this example, the first Funds-Management server is specifically an account management server of the first terminal, and the second Funds-Management server is specifically an account management server of the second terminal.
[39] S12, the first Funds-Management server delivers a return notification of the Bank Credit Certificate to the second Funds-Management server in response to the return request and determines that the Bank Credit Certificate is in a refundable state.
[40] Wherein, the return request includes the identification code of the Bank Credit Certificate to be returned. The first Funds-Management server stores all Bank Credit Certificate information received by the first terminal, including an identification code of the Bank Credit Certificate, an initiator, a producer, and current status information.
The first Funds-Management server locally retrieves the status information of the Bank Credit Certificate corresponding to the identification code of the Bank Credit Certificate carried in the return request and determines whether the Bank Credit Certificate is in a refundable status, and if yes, the producer of the Credit Certificate delivers a return notification of the Bank Credit Certificate and may update the locally stored status information of the Bank Credit Certificate to the returned status, and if not, deliver the first terminal a notification of the non-refundable status of the Bank Credit Certificate.
[41] Specifically, the status information of the Bank Credit Certificate includes whether the validity period of the Bank Credit Certificate and whether it is in the solution status, and the state of the solution is released for the second terminal user account, which is equal to the value of the Bank Credit Certificate, and is distributed to the account of the first terminal user.
[42] The above judgement of whether the Bank Credit Certificate is in a refundable state specifically determines whether the Bank Credit Certificate is out of validity and whether it is in the state of being released.
[43] If the Bank Credit Certificate does not exceed the expiration date and the Bank Credit Certificate is not released, it is determined that the Bank Credit Certificate is in a refundable state, and then the first Funds-Management server stores the locally stored Bank Credit Certificate. The status information is updated to the returned status, and deliver the return notification to the second Funds-Management server that is the creator of the Bank Credit Certificate;
[44] If the Bank Credit Certificate is out of validity, the first Funds-Management server delivers the first terminal a notification that the Bank Credit Certificate has expired; if the Bank Credit Certificate is in the status of being released, the first Funds-Management server deliver the Bank Credit Certificate notice of settlement to the first terminal.
[45] S13: According to the return notification, the second Funds-Management server releases the funds or credit limit of the second terminal user whose account value is equal to the value of the Bank Credit Certificate.
[46] Wherein, the return notice includes the identification code of the Bank Credit Certificate.
The second Funds-Management server stores all Bank Credit Certificate information applied by the second terminal, including an identification code of the Bank Credit Certificate, an initiator, a frozen fund or a credit limit, and current status information. The second Funds-Management server locally retrieves the information of the Bank Credit Certificate corresponding to the identification code of the Bank Credit Certificate carried in the return notification, and releases the information of the Bank Credit Certificate, that is, the originator of the Bank Credit Certificate is released in the account of the second terminal user with the same amount of funds or credit limit as the Bank Credit Certificate.
[47] Further, after receiving the return notification, the second Funds-Management server further updates the state information of the locally stored Bank Credit Certificate to the returned state. And after unfreezing the funds or the authorized amount equal to the value of the Bank Credit Certificate in the account of the second terminal user, delivering a returned notice of the Bank Credit Certificate to the second terminal, so that the second terminal learns about the Bank Credit Certificate has been returned.
[48] In the solution above, the first Funds-Management server may be the Funds-Management server of the first bank, and the second Funds-Management server may be the Funds-Management server of the second bank. Alternatively, the first Funds-Management server and the second Funds-Management server may be the same Funds-Management server. The first terminal and the second terminal are a client or execute the client terminal.

Correspondingly, an account of the first terminal is an account of the first terminal user, and an account of the second terminal is an account of a second terminal user.
[49] In an application example, a Bank Credit Certificate may refer to a payment certificate of electronic credit commitment that a bank may freeze on the issuer's account or use a credit line and generate it in the name of a bank, and promised to settle on the agreed terms.
Correspondingly, the basic business process of Bank Credit Certificate: the issuing bank will freeze the required amount of funds according to the issuer's application to generate a Bank Credit Certificate. When the agreed terms for the settlement are reached, the issuing bank will settle the funds for payment settlement.
[50] For example, the first terminal user is the seller and the second terminal user is the buyer.
The first Funds-Management server corresponds to the Funds-Management server of the seller's account bank. The second Funds-Management server is the Funds-Management server of the buyer's account bank. When the seller deals with the buyer, the seller provides the buyer with the commodity or services, and accordingly, the buyer will apply to the bank for Bank Credit Certificate. For example, the buyer's bank may freeze the amount of funds in the buyer's account, for example, 100,000, and equal to the amount of the transaction and generate a Bank Credit Certificate. After the seller receives the collection certificate notification of the Bank Credit Certificate such as SMS, mail or special client's receipt information, the seller applies for the collection certificate from the seller's bank. The seller's bank collects the bank credit certificate according to the seller's application and delivers the information to the seller. After the transaction is completed, the seller applies for the Bank Credit Certificate, the buyer's Bank transfers 100,000 funds from the buyer's account to the seller's account through seller's Bank. Among them, after the seller receives the Bank Credit Certificate, the buyer's account funds are still frozen in its account cannot be used, not transferred to the seller, so the buyer can still get the interest from the frozen funds. Moreover, the Bank Credit Certificate is established as a guarantee for the freezing of the funds of the buyer at its bank, so that the seller's trading risk is greatly reduced.
[51] However, when the seller has received the Bank Credit Certificate and the transaction failed due to a commodity reason or other reasons, the seller applies to the bank for the refund of the Bank Credit Certificate. The seller bank accepts the seller's application and invokes the status information of the Bank Credit Certificate, and when it is determined that the Bank Credit Certificate has not expired and has not yet been settled, the state of the locally stored Bank Credit Certificate is updated to a refund status, and the Bank Credit Certificate is updated in status by the buyer bank, and the buyer bank responds to the notice of the seller's bank, synchronizes the status of the Bank Credit Certificate as the state of return, and release the 100,000 funds that is equal to the price of the Bank Credit Certificate under the frozen buyer's account, and inform the buyer of this news.
[52] Please refer to Figure 3, which is a schematic flowchart of an online fund management method according to a second example of the present invention. This example is also based on the online funds management relationship shown in Figure 2. The method flow shown in this example includes:
[53] S31: the first Funds-Management server receives the returned request of the received Bank Credit Certificate delivered by the first terminal.
[54] S32. When determining that the Bank Credit Certificate is in a refundable state, notify the second Funds-Management server to release the funds or credit limit of the second terminal user whose account has the same value as the Bank Credit Certificate.
[55] Wherein, the Bank Credit Certificate is requested by a second terminal from a second Funds-Management server and generated by the second Funds-Management server as a guarantee of its user account or credit limit as the second terminal. The first Funds-Management server is specifically an account management server of the first terminal, and the second Funds-Management server is specifically an account management server of the second terminal.
[56] In the above S32, the determining that the Bank Credit Certificate is in a refundable state includes: determining that the Bank Credit Certificate has not expired and the Bank Credit Certificate is not being released, that is, the Bank Credit Certificate is in a refundable status. When determining that the Bank Credit Certificate is in a refundable state, the first Funds-Management server may also update the status information of the Bank Credit Certificate stored locally to the returned status. If the Bank Credit Certificate is out of validity, the first Funds-Management server delivers the first terminal a notification that the Bank Credit Certificate has expired; if the Bank Credit Certificate is in the status of being released, the first Funds-Management server deliver the Bank Credit Certificate notice of settlement to the first terminal.
[57] In the solution above, the first Funds-Management server may be the Funds-Management server of the first bank, and the second Funds-Management server may be the Funds-Management server of the second bank. Alternatively, the first Funds-Management server and the second Funds-Management server may be the same Funds-Management server.
[58] In an application example, the first terminal is a seller and the second terminal is a buyer.
[59] Please refer to Figure 4, which is a schematic flowchart of an online fund management method in a third example of the present invention. This example is also based on the online funds management relationship shown in Figure 2. The method flow shown in this example includes:
[60] S41. The second Funds-Management server receives a return notification of the Bank Credit Certificate delivered by the first Funds-Management server in response to the return request of the first terminal.
[61] S42: the second Funds-Management server releases the second terminal user's account with funds equal to the value of the Bank Credit Certificate or the credit limit.
[62] Wherein, the Bank Credit Certificate is requested by a second terminal from a second Funds-Management server and generated by the second Funds-Management server as a guarantee of its user account or credit limit as the second terminal. The first Funds-Management server is specifically an account management server of the first terminal, and the second Funds-Management server is specifically an account management server of the second terminal.
[63] In the above S42, after receiving the return notification, the second Funds-Management server may also update the state information of the locally stored Bank Credit Certificate to the returned state, and after releasing the second terminal user of the account with a value equal to the Bank Credit Certificate or credit limit, deliver the returned notice of the Bank Credit Certificate to the second terminal, so that the second terminal learns that the Bank Credit Certificate has been returned.
[64] In the solution above, the first Funds-Management server may be the Funds-Management server of the first bank, and the second Funds-Management server may be the Funds-Management server of the second bank. Alternatively, the first Funds-Management server and the second Funds-Management server may be the same Funds-Management server.
[65] In an application example, the first terminal is a seller and the second terminal is a buyer.
[66] In the above online fund management solution, after receiving the Bank Credit Certificate that the second terminal applies to the second Funds-Management server, the first terminal may deliver a return request of the Bank Credit Certificate to the first Funds-Management server, the first Funds-Management server notifies the second Funds-Management server of the funds of the second terminal user's account frozen equal to the value of the Bank Credit Certificate when responding to the return request and upon judging that the Bank Credit Certificate is in a refundable state or the credit limit is unfrozen, so as to enable the first terminal to flexibly refund the Bank Credit Certificate and intelligently release the funds of the second terminal after the refund, so that the transaction funds can be refunded when the transaction fails, and the first terminal does not need to know the information of the second terminal, and is directly returned to the second terminal by the Funds-Management server according to the Bank Credit Certificate, thereby ensuring the security of the account information of the first terminal and the second terminal, and simplifying the refund operation.
[67] Please refer to Figure 5, it is a schematic flowchart of a data interaction processing method according to a first example of the present invention. Please see Figure 6 at the same time, the data interaction relationship diagram. The method flow shown in this example includes:
[68] S51: the first interactive party sends the returned request of the received data certificate to the first data manager.
[69] Where the data certificate is a quantitative tool for pre-established data associations between the second interacting party and the second data manager. That is, the data certificate indicates the amount of data that has been established between the second interactive party and the second data manager. The data certificate is used when the first interacting party obtains the data certificate and delivers a request for obtaining data to the first data manager, and the second data manager releases the data value corresponding to the data certificate with the second interacting party. The data in the data unit of the second interacting party and the data in the data unit that has been disassociated are transferred to the data unit of the first interacting party through the first data management party.
[70] S52. The first data management party delivers a return notification of the data certificate to the second data management party when responding to the return request and judging that the data certificate is in a refundable state.
[71] Wherein, the return request includes the ID of the data certificate to be returned. The first data manager stores information of all data certificates received by the first interacting party, including the identifier of the data certificate, status information, and a second interacting party and a second data managing party that establish the data certificate. The first data manager locally retrieves the status information of the data certificate indicated by the identifier carried in the request and determines that the data certificate is in a returnable state and delivers a return notification to the second data manager.
[72] Specifically, when determining that the data certificate has not expired and is not in the released state, the first data manager determines that the data certificate is in a refundable state and updates the state information of the locally stored data certificate to be returned status. Moreover, when determining that the data certificate exceeds the validity period, the first data manager may deliver the data carrier a notification of expiration to the first interacting party. When determining that the data certificate is in the released state, the first data manager delivers the data certificate to the first interacting party. The data has been transferred to the First Participant's notification. The release status is that the second data manager has released the data association with the data size of the data certificate equal to the data size of the data certificate of the second interactive party and has passed the data in the data unit of the second interactive party through the data association.
The first data manager is transferred to the data unit of the first interacting party.
[73] S53: the second data administrator releases, according to the return notification, the data association between the second interacting party and the second interacting party that is equal in size to the data value of the data certificate.
[74] The return notice includes the identification code of the data certificate. The second data manager stores information of all data certificates applied by the second interacting party, including an identification of the data certificate, a data value of establishing the data association, and current status information. The second data manager updates the state information of the locally stored data certificate to the returned state according to the return notification, and releases the data association with the second interacting party whose data value is equal to the data value of the data certificate. For example, the data certificate is the association of 100,000 data established between the second interacting party and the second data managing party. After receiving the return notice, the second data managing party releases the connection with the second interacting party 100,000 data association.
[75] Further, after releasing the data association between the second interacting party and the second interacting party that is equal in size to the data value of the data certificate, the second data manager may further deliver the data certificate to the second interacting party.
The notification has been returned so that the second intent learns that the data certificate was returned.
[76] Specifically, the first interacting party and the second interacting party may be a client or a terminal executing the client. The first data manager and the second data manager are different servers or are the same server.
[77] In an example, the second interacting party requests from the second data management authority through the Second Server platform to open a data certificate corresponding to the first data value. The first interacting party obtains the data certificate delivered by the first data manager through the First Server platform to open a data certificate corresponding to the first data value. The first, Second Server can also be an E-commerce server. The second interacting party may also access the electricity supplier server through an application program installed in the intelligent terminal to complete the data certificate application. The first interacting party may also access the electricity supplier server through an application program installed in the intelligent terminal and complete the returned data certificate request.
[78] The data interaction processing method in the example of the present invention is described below by way of example.
For example, the first interactive party is User A and the second interactive party is User B.
[79] User B is an administrator for more than one client and has a corresponding password for each client for administrator privileges. Clients can be personal computers, tablets, smart phones and other devices that can exchange data with servers through the network. When User A requests to obtain the password of the administrator authority of one of clients B, such as Client 2, User B applies to Second Server for opening the first data certificate.
Wherein, the administrator password of User B is stored in the Second Server.
The data certificate may be the operation log of User B when managing Client 2, such as the number of operations, which is used to prove the safety and reliability of user B.
[80] When the Second Server opens the data certificate, according to the relevant contents of the data certificate, freeze the user B's authority on client 2. That is, user B
will not be able to manage the client 2 by using the corresponding password. At the same time, First Server or User B can deliver the data certificate information to User A.
[81] When User A needs a password for obtaining the administrator rights of Client 2, it delivers a request for obtaining a password to First Server. Second Server obtains the password of the administrator of Client 2 according to the content of the data certificate, and delivers the password to user A through the First Server.
[82] When User A no longer needs the password of the admin rights item of Client 2, it delivers a return request to First Server. When Server A determines that the data certificate has not expired and User A does not obtain the client based on the data certificate Client 2 administrator's password, notify Second Server to release User B's administrator privileges on Client 2 and no longer deliver the password of Client 2's administrator privileges to User A via First Server.
[83] In the above, when User B (second interacting party) receives a request from User A (first interacting party) for obtaining the administrator authority password of Client 2, Second Server delivers the administrator permission password of Client 2 to user A
according to the data certificate submitted by user B. When User A returns the data certificate, Second Server release User B's administrator rights on Client 2 according to the data certificate and guarantees that User A cannot obtain the password of the Client 2's administrator. On the one hand, User B give the administrator authority to User A through the server for risk control, and User B's data certificate is required as a guarantee that administrator rights will not be arbitrarily transferred. On the other hand, User A can flexibly return the administrator rights of the client, and the server unfreezes the administrator rights of User B in time and ensures that User A does not obtain the password of the administrator. This ensures that there is only one administrator rights on the client, so that there is no confusion of data management on the client and the risk of avoiding client data security.
[84] Further, the data associated with the second interacting party and the second data manager may also be text data, audio data, video data, program data or financial data in the financial field. If the data is capital data, such as funds. Then the first interacting party may be a seller, the second interacting party may be a buyer, and the server is a Funds-Management server, for example, a bank. If it is audio data, such as a song, the first interacting party and the second interacting party may be a client having a multimedia playing function such as a mobile phone, and the server is a music website server.
[85] Referring to Figure 7, a data interactive party processing method according to a second example of the present invention is also based on the data interactive party shown in Figure 6. The method includes:
[86] S71: the first data administrator receives the returned request of the received data certificate delivered by the first interacting party.
[87] Where the data certificate is a quantification tool of a pre-established data association relationship between the second interactive party and the second data management party.
[88] S72. When determining that the data certificate is in a retractable state, the first data management party notifies the second data management party to release the data association with the second interacting party that is equal in size to the data value of the data certificate relationship.
[89] Specifically, when determining that the data certificate has not expired and is not in the released state, the first data manager determines that the data certificate is in a refundable state and updates the state information of the locally stored data certificate to be returned status. And deliver a return notification to the second data manager.
Moreover, when determining that the data certificate exceeds the validity period, the first data manager may deliver the data carrier a notification of expiration to the first interacting party. When determining that the data certificate is in the released state, the first data manager delivers the data certificate to the first interacting party. The data has been transferred to the First Participant's notification.

,
[90] Please refer to Figure 8, a data interactive party processing method according to a second example of the present invention is also based on the data interactive party shown in Figure 6. The method includes:
[91] S81. The second data administrator receives a return notification of the data certificate delivered by the first data administrator in response to the return request of the second interacting party.
[92] Where the data certificate is a quantification tool of a pre-established data association relationship between the second interactive party and the second data management party.
[93] S82: the data administrator releases the data association between the second interacting party and the second interacting party that is equal in size to the data value of the data certificate.
[94] For example, the second data manager updates the status information of the locally stored data certificate to the returned status according to the return notification, and releases the data size equal to the data value of the data certificate with the second interacting party data association, and delivers the returned notification of the data certificate to the second interacting party, so that the second interacting party learns that the data certificate has been returned.
[95] Please refer to Figure 9, it is a schematic diagram of a data interaction processing system according to an example of the present invention. The system 90 shown in this example includes a second interactive terminal 91, a first interactive terminal 92, a First Server 93, and a Second Server 94.
[96] The second interactive terminal 91 is used for requesting data certificate from Second Server 94.
[97] The Second Server 94 is used to, in response to the application of the second interactive terminal 91, establish a data association relationship with the second interactive terminal 91 and generate the data certificate with the data value equal to the data value of the data association relation of the second interactive terminal;
[98] That is, the data certificate is a quantification tool of a pre-established data association relationship between the second interactive terminal 91 and the Second Server 94.
[99] The first interactive terminal 92 is used to deliver the First Server 93 the received return request of the data certificate.
[100] First Server93 is used to deliver a return notification of the data certificate to Second Server 94 in response to the return request and determine that the data certificate is in a returnable state;
[101] Second Server 94 is used to release, according to the return notification, the data association with the second interactive terminal 91 that is equal in size to the data value of the data certificate.
[102] Specifically, the First Server and Second Server can be the same server or different servers.
Further, the First Server and the Second Server may be an E-commerce server.
The second interactive terminal 91 may also access the E-commerce server through an application program installed in the smart terminal to complete an application for data certificate. The first interactive terminal 92 can also be accessed by an application installed in a smart terminal to complete the request to return the data certificate.
[103] In another example, each terminal of the system 90 and the server are respectively used to execute the steps of the data interactive party processing method, wherein the first interactive party terminal corresponds to a first interactive party of the above method, and the second interactive party terminal corresponding to a second interacting party of the foregoing method, where the First Server corresponds to a first data manager in the foregoing method, and the Second Server corresponds to a second data manager in the foregoing method.
[104] Please refer to Figure 10, it is a data interactive party processing device according to a first example of the present invention. The data interactive party processing device 100 shown in this example includes a receiving module 101 and a notification module 102.
In this example, the device 100 corresponds to a first data manager in the foregoing example, and an interactive party between the device 100 and other interactions is shown in Figure 6.
The device 100 can be operated in a banking system.
[105] The receiving module 101 is used to receive a return request of the received data certificate delivered by the first interacting party. Wherein, the data certificate is a quantification tool of a pre-established data association relationship between the second interactive party and the second data management party.
[106] The notifying module 102 is used to, when it is determined that the data certificate is in a retractable state, the second data manager is notified to terminate the data association relationship with the data value size of the data certificate in the second interactive party.
[107] In another example, the notification module may be also used to update the locally stored state information of the data certificate to the returned state when it is determined that the data certificate has not passed the valid period and is not in the released state, and deliver a return notification to the second data manager. In addition, the notification module may be also used to deliver the data certificate a notification of expiration to the first interactive party when it is determined that the data certificate exceeds the validity period; and when determining that the data certificate is in the released state, deliver the data certificate corresponding to the first interactive party. The data has been transferred to the First Participant's notification.

[109] The receiving module 111 is used to receive a return notification of the data certificate that is delivered by the first data administrator in response to the return request of the second interacting party. Wherein, the data certificate is a quantification tool of a pre-established data association relationship between the second interactive party and the second data management party.
[110] The releasing module 112 is used to release a data association with the second interacting party that is equal in size to the data value of the data certificate.
[111] In another implementation, the releasing module is specifically used to update the status information of the locally stored data certificate to the returned status and release the data size equal to the data value of the data certificate with the second interacting party data association, and delivers the returned notification of the data certificate to the second interacting party, so that the second interacting party learns that the data certificate has been returned.
[112] In the above data interactive party processing method and data exchange system solution, after receiving the data certificate applied by the second data manager in the first interactive party, the first interactive party may deliver the first interactive request to the first data manager data certificate, the first data manager responds to the return request and notifies the second data manager to release data associated with the data certificate with the second interacting party when it is determined that the data certificate is in a retractable state value of the same size of the data association, and so as to realize the first interactive party flexibly return the data certificate, and since the data certificate is obtained by the first interactive party, the data for the establishment of the association relationship between the second parties has not been transferred to the first interactive party, the second data manager directly releases the data association relation of the second interactive party without involving the actual transfer of the data, so the data transmission amount is reduced, thereby improving the efficiency of data interactive party. Moreover, in the process of data interactive party, the first and second data management parties are added to the interactive party process. After the first interactive party requests to return the data certificate, the data management party automatically releases the data association relation of the second interactive party so that data interactive party processing more convenient and safe.
[113] The above is only an example of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention as a matter of limitation, either by way of equivalent construction or equivalent process transformation using the present specification and the accompanying drawings, directly or indirectly used in other related technical fields, which are included in the scope of the patent protection of the present invention.
