Abstract

A method for establishing an interaction relationship, and an interaction device. A first terminal sends to a server an interaction requirement, and receives from the server a list of second terminal users matching the interaction requirement, said interaction requirement comprising at least a target data identifier and category; sends to the server an interaction request to establish an interaction relationship with a selected second terminal; receives a data list of the second terminal from the server once said server receives the interaction request, and acquires selected target data, the target data contained in the data list having a target data category identical to that of the target data in the interaction requirement; and, upon acquiring the target data, sends notification information to the server, so as to allow the server to establish, upon receiving said notification information, an interaction relationship between the first terminal and the second terminal that sent the target data. Thus, a first terminal can, upon acquiring target data, establish an interaction relationship with a party in possession of target data, thereby facilitating data transmission between both interacting parties.

1. A method of establishing an interaction relationship between a first terminal and a selected second terminal through a server for reducing repeated searching in an electronic transaction, applied in the first terminal, the method comprising:
delivering an interaction requirement to the server according to target data for purchasing a commodity/service, when the first terminal searches for the target data to connect with in a network database, wherein the interaction requirement includes at least one of filtering criteria such as an identification of the commodity/service, a category of the commodity/service, wherein the target data is an object credit certificate of the commodity / service generated by a provider of the commodity/service for generating a transaction order, wherein the object credit certificate includes both settlement information of a receiving account of the commodity/service's provider and information of the commodity/service;
delivering an interactive request including an identifier of a target second terminal to the server for connecting a target second terminal, when receiving a user list of required second terminals from the server in the electronic transaction, wherein the user list of the required second terminals is generated by the server after searching a plurality of second terminals owning the object credit certificates of the commodity/service corresponding to the interaction requirement, and includes an identifier of each required second terminal, wherein the required second terminals associated to a same category of the commodity/service corresponding to the interaction requirement;
receiving a target data list of the target second terminal for selecting the target data from the target data list to generate the transaction order for the commodity/service with the commodity/service's provider and reduce repeated searching at next purchasing time, wherein the target data in the target data list includes the same category of the commodity/service in the interaction requirement; and delivering a notification to the server when receiving the target data, to enable the server to establish the interaction relationship between the first terminal and the target second terminal after receiving the target data as well as after determining that the target second terminal has met the interaction requirement of the first terminal , wherein the interaction relationship includes an instant messaging relationship between the first terminal and the target second terminal, or a permission for the first terminal to obtain the target data of the target second terminal or a relationship that the first terminal receives a dynamic data update from the target second terminal.

14. A method of establishing an interaction relationship between a first terminal and a selected second terminal through a server for reducing repeated searching in an electronic transaction, applied in the server, the method comprising:
receiving an interaction requirement from a first terminal according to target data for purchasing a commodity/service, when the first terminal searches for the target data to connect with in a network database, wherein the interaction requirement includes at least one of filtering criteria such as an identification of the commodity/service, a category of the commodity/service, wherein the target data is an object credit certificate of the commodity / service generated by a provider of the commodity/service for generating a transaction order, wherein the object credit certificate includes both settlement information of a receiving account of the commodity/service's provider and information of the commodity/service ;
searching a plurality of second terminals owning the object credit certificates of the commodity / service corresponding to the interaction requirement, and delivering a user list of required second terminals matched with the interaction requirement to the first terminal directly to reduce repeated searching, wherein the user list of the required second terminals includes an identifier of each required second terminal, wherein the required second terminals associated to a same category of the commodity/service corresponding to the interaction requirement;
delivering a target data list of the target second terminal including at least one target data, to enable the first terminal to select the target data to generate the transaction order for the commodity/service with the commodity/service's provider and reduce repeated searching at next purchasing time when receiving an interactive request including an identifier of a target second terminal from the first terminal according to a target second terminal in the user list of the required second terminals, wherein the target data in the target data list includes the same category of the commodity/service in the interaction requirement; and determining that the target second teiminal has met the interaction requirement of the first terminal and establishing the interaction relationship between the first terminal and the target second terminal when receiving notification delivered by the first terminal that receives the target data, wherein the interaction relationship includes an instant messaging relationship between the first terminal and the target second terminal, or a permission for the first terminal to obtain the data of the target second terminal or a relationship that the first terminal receives a dynamic data update from the target second terminal.

a receiving module configured to obtain a user list of required second terminals matched with the interaction requirement from the server directly to reduce repeated searching, wherein the user list of the required second terminals is generated by the server after searching a plurality of second terminals owning the object credit certificates of the commodity/service corresponding to the interaction requirement, wherein the user list of the required second terminals includes an identifier of each required second terminal, wherein the required second terminals having associated to a same category of the commodity/service corresponding to the interaction requirement;
a request module configured to deliver an interactive request including an identifier of a target second terminal to the server according to a target second terminal;
an acquisition module configured to obtain a target data list of the target second terminal for selecting the target data from the target data list to generate the transaction order for the commodity/service with the commodity/service's provider and reduce repeated searching at next purchasing time, wherein the target data in the target data list includes the same category of the commodity/service in the interaction requirement;

and a notification module configured to deliver notification to the server after obtaining the target data of the target second terminal, to enable the server to establish the interaction relationship between the first terminal and the target second terminal after receiving the target data as well as after determining that the target second terminal has met the interaction requirement of the first terminal, wherein the interaction relationship includes an instant messaging relationship between the first terminal and the target second terminal, or a permission for the first terminal to obtain the data of the target second terminal or a relationship that the first terminal receives a dynamic data update from the target second terminal.

an establishing module configured to generate and update a target data list in real time, including a user identifier of the second terminal and an identifier of the target data, wherein the target data in the target data list includes the same category as category of the commodity/service in an interaction requirement delivered by the first terminal; and a delivery module configured to deliver the target data list to the first terminal via the server after the second terminal from a user list of second terminals is selected by the first terminal according to the interaction requirement of the target data for purchasing the commodity/service delivered by the first terminal , wherein the target data list includes at least one target data of the first terminal to generate the transaction order for the commodity/service with the commodity/service's provider and reduce repeated searching at next purchasing time, to enable the server to determine that a target second terminal has met the interaction requirement of the first terminal, wherein the user list of the second terminals is generated by the server after searching a plurality of second terminals owning the object credit certificates of the commodity/service corresponding to the interaction requirement ; and wherein the interaction relationship includes an instant messaging relationship between the first terminal and the target second terminal, or a permission for the first terminal to obtain the data of the target second terminal or a relationship that the first terminal receives a dynamic data update from the target second terminal, wherein the interaction requirement includes at least one of filtering criteria such as an identification of the commodity/service, a category of the commodity/service.
