Abstract

La présente invention concerne de nouveaux aminoalkylazoles agissant comme inhibiteurs de la protéase plasmepsine II du paludisme. Ces composés peuvent être utilisés comme médicaments ou comme composant de médicaments pour le traitement d'une infection paludéenne.
