Abstract
La présente invention concerne un réacteur utilisé pour la démucilagination d'une huile végétale afin d'augmenter le rendement et réduire la teneur en phosphatides. Le réacteur comprend une obstruction annulaire dotée de multiples éléments d'espacement circonférentiels qui forment des passages annulaires autour d'un corps central ayant une surface conique. Les éléments d'espacement périphériques et les passages annulaires forment des étages de décompression pour le mélange explosif de l'huile avec agents de démucilagination. Les impuretés sont transférées vers les agents de démucilagination et une autre séparation des composants peut être effectuée pour produire de l'huile raffinée.
