L'invention peut s'appliquer à des types d'activité physique pratiqués par l'intermédiaire d'un engin, comme par exemple la marche en raquette, la descente ou la randonnée à ski, le ski de fond, le cyclisme ou autre, ainsi qu'à des types d'activité physique pratiqués sans l'intermédiaire d'engin particulier, comme par exemple la marche à pied, la randonnée, ou toute autre activité nécessitant des chaussures spécifiques.
Pour permettre à l'utilisateur de pratiquer l'ensemble de ces types d'activité
physique, il est connu d'avoir recours à des équipements comprenant chacun :
- une chaussure adaptée pour recevoir l'un des pieds de l'utilisateur, la chaussure comportant un semelage sur lequel le pied de l'utilisateur est destiné à
reposer, et une tige souple qui comporte une portion basse attenante au semelage et destinée à
recouvrir le pied de l'utilisateur, et - un élément chaussant spécialement adapté pour permettre à l'utilisateur de pratiquer un type d'activité physique, l'élément chaussant comportant un semelage sur lequel le semelage de la chaussure est destiné à reposer, et une tige souple qui comporte une portion basse attenante au semelage et destinée à recouvrir la chaussure.
Un tel équipement qui donne entière satisfaction est notamment décrit dans le document FR-A1-2 988 981.
11 existe toutefois un besoin pour un équipement offrant une meilleure modularité pour s'adapter à des types d'activité physique différents.
L'invention vise à répondre à ce besoin.
A cet effet, selon un premier aspect, l'invention concerne un équipement comprenant :
- une chaussure adaptée pour recevoir l'un des pieds de l'utilisateur, la chaussure comportant un semelage sur lequel le pied de l'utilisateur est destiné à
reposer, et une tige souple qui comporte une portion basse attenante au semelage et destinée à

The invention aims to meet this need.
For this purpose, according to a first aspect, the invention relates to a device comprising:

Il présente une complémentarité de forme avec la chaussure pour réaliser un ajustement de la chaussure dans chacun des éléments chaussants de la gamme d'éléments chaussants et permettre ainsi la pratique de différents types d'activité physique tout en assurant la sécurité
et le confort de l'utilisateur.
Chacun des éléments chaussants peut comprendre des organes fonctionnels spécifiquement adaptés pour pratiquer un type d'activité physique, les organes fonctionnels de chacun des éléments chaussants étant différents des organes fonctionnels des autres éléments chaussants de la gamme d'éléments chaussants.
Les organes fonctionnels de chacun des éléments chaussants peuvent être rigidement liés audit élément chaussant.
Le semelage de chacun des éléments chaussants peut présenter une surface interne destinée à être en contact avec le semelage de la chaussure, et une surface externe opposée à
la surface interne, et au moins une partie des organes fonctionnels de chacun des éléments chaussants peut être portée par la surface externe du semelage dudit élément chaussant.
L'un des éléments chaussants peut comporter des crans sur la surface externe du semelage comme organes fonctionnels, ledit semelage étant dépourvu de trous traversants entre les surfaces interne et externe.

Les bords 11 en regard peuvent être reliés l'un à l'autre par un dispositif de serrage réversible, tel qu'un laçage 12.
Chacun des éléments chaussants 20a, 20b, 20e, 20d comprend intérieurement un logement 33 spécialement adapté, notamment en termes de forme et de dimensions, pour recevoir la chaussure 2. En particulier, le logement 33 est prévu pour que l'ajustement de la chaussure 2 dans l'élément chaussant 20a, 20b, 20e, 20d assure confort et sécurité pour l'utilisateur dans sa pratique du type d'activité physique correspondant à

L'ouverture de chaussage 29 est alors prévue sur la portion haute 24b et la fente 30 s'étend latéralement sur la portion haute 24b et sur une partie de la portion basse 24a de la tige 24 correspondant au coup de pied. L'élément chaussant 20a, 20b, 20c comprend l'organe de serrage additionnel 34 réalisé par une languette 35 s'étendant entre une première extrémité reliée à la portion haute 24b de la tige 24 et une deuxième extrémité libre. La languette 35 est pourvue d'une bande textile d'accrochage 36 adaptée pour coopérer avec une bande textile d'accrochage complémentaire prévue sur la portion haute 24b de la tige 24. Les figures 1 à 3 représentent, en particulier, la chaussure 2 et un premier élément chaussant 20a spécialement adapté à la pratique de la randonnée. Comme représenté sur la figure 3, sans y être limités, le premier élément chaussant 20a comporte des organes fonctionnels spécialement adaptés à la pratique de la randonnée sous la forme de crans 40 venus de matière avec la surface externe 23b du semelage 23. Le semelage 23 du premier élément chaussant 20a est, par ailleurs, dépourvu de trous traversants entre ses surfaces interne 23a et externe 23b. Ces organes fonctionnels peuvent également comprendre une épaisseur déterminée du semelage 23 du premier élément chaussant 20a et/ou une flexibilité
déterminée du semelage 23. La portion haute 24b de la tige 24, assurant un maintien particulier de la cheville de l'utilisateur, constitue également une partie des organes fonctionnels.
La figure 4 représente un deuxième élément chaussant 20b spécialement adapté
pour la pratique de la marche sur sol glissant. Le deuxième élément chaussant 20b comporte des organes fonctionnels différents des organes fonctionnels du premier élément chaussant 20a, réalisés sous la forme de pointes 50 saillantes par rapport à la surface externe 23b du semelage 23. Comme indiqué précédemment, la gamme de paires d'éléments chaussants peut comprendre une ou plusieurs paires d'éléments chaussants destinés à être montés sur un engin. A cet égard, la figure 5 représente un troisième élément chaussant 20e spécialement adapté pour la pratique du ski de fond.
Le troisième élément chaussant 20e comporte des organes fonctionnels différents des organes fonctionnels des premier 20a et deuxième 20b éléments chaussants. En particulier, les organes fonctionnels du troisième élément chaussant 20e comprennent un élément d'accrochage 60 adapté pour coopérer avec un mécanisme de verrouillage prévu sur l'engin pour retenir de manière réversible le troisième élément chaussant 20e sur l'engin.
L'élément d'accrochage 60 comporte une partie avant 61 au voisinage de la pointe 26 du semelage 23 du troisième élément chaussant 20e et un dispositif d'accrochage 62 adapté
pour être retenu de manière réversible dans le mécanisme de verrouillage du ski de fond. Le dispositif d'accrochage 62 est prévu uniquement sur la partie avant 61 de l'élément d'accrochage 60 de manière à laisser libre le talon 25 du semelage 23 lorsque le troisième élément chaussant 20e est monté sur le ski de fond.
Le dispositif d'accrochage 62, du type décrit dans le document FR-A1-2 968 898, comprend des première 63 et deuxième 64 barres s'étendant selon la direction d'extension E
entre des extrémités placées en correspondance. Les première 63 et deuxième 64 barres constituées d'une ou plusieurs matières synthétiques, comme du plastique, du caoutchouc ou autre, sont rigidement liées, par exemple par vissage, collage, surmoulage ou autre, au semelage 23. Les organes fonctionnels de ce quatrième élément chaussant 20d diffèrent uniquement de ceux du premier élément chaussant 20a en ce que sa tige 24 est dépourvue de portion haute 24b et ne comprend qu'une portion basse 24a.
L'invention n'est pas limitée aux éléments chaussants décrits précédemment et intègre tout élément chaussant pourvus d'organes fonctionnels rigidement liés à
l'élément chaussant et spécialement adapté pour pratiquer un type d'activité physique, les organes fonctionnels de l'élément chaussant étant différents des organes fonctionnels des autres éléments chaussants de la gamme d'éléments chaussants.
Pour utiliser l'équipement décrit précédemment, l'utilisateur insère son pied dans la chaussure 2 puis insère la chaussure 2 dans l'un des éléments chaussants de la gamme d'éléments chaussants et par exemple, comme représenté sur la figure 2, le premier élément chaussant 20a pour pratiquer de la randonnée. S'il souhaite changer de type d'activité
physique et, par exemple, passer à une randonnée plus sportive ou au trail, c'est-à-dire à la course à pied en montagne, l'utilisateur retire la chaussure 2 du premier élément chaussant 20a puis l'insére dans le quatrième élément chaussant 20d, comme représenté

D'une manière générale, on précise qu'un élément chaussant peut présenter une ouverture de chaussage qui se prolonge vers l'arrière, par une fente arrière, non représentée, plutôt que vers l'avant. Dans ce cas le chaussage est fait par l'arrière.
Toujours de manière générale, on a vu qu'un intérêt de l'invention est de garder un chaussant identique quelle que soit la pratique. Equipment (1) according to claim 8, wherein the sole assembly (23) of each of the footwear (20a, 20b, 20c, 20d) extends in one direction extension (E) between tip (26) and a heel (25) and wherein the fastening element (60) has at least one front portion (61) adapted to be mounted adjacent the tip (26) of the flotation (23) of the footwear element (20c), and a hooking device (62) adapted to be retained from reversibly in the locking mechanism, the device latching (62) being less partially provided on the front portion (61) of the attachment member (60).

The equipment (1) according to claim 9, wherein the device hooking (62) of the hooking member (60) comprises at least one wire (65) extending perpendicular to the direction of extension (E) away from the surface external (23b) the sole (23), the wire (65) being adapted to cooperate with two jaws of the mechanism of moveable interlock between a locking position in which said jaws are close together so as to be able to grip the wire (65), and a position retracted in which said jaws are separated from each other by way to allowing the wire (65) to be placed between said jaws.

Equipment (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 11, including a pair of shoes (2) each adapted to receive one of the feet of the user, and a range of pairs of footwear elements (20a, 20b, 20c, 20d), wherein each of the pairs footwear elements (20a, 20b, 20c, 20d) is adapted to allow the user of practice a type of physical activity different from the types of physical activity other pairs footwear elements (20a, 20b, 20c, 20d) of the range of pairs of elements footwear (20a, 20b, 20c, 20d), the footwear elements (20a, 20b, 20c, 20d) of each pair of elements footwear (20a, 20b, 20c, 20d) each being adapted to receive one of the shoes (2).
