Abstract
The rigid aluminium overcap (1,) designed to overcap a neck (4) of a bottle closed by a mechanical screw cap (crown metal or plastics) (3) containing a liquid to be packaged.
The overcap is bounded to the mechanical screw cap by the addition of glue(2) between the top and side of mechanical screwap and the aluminium rigid overcap.

Description
Aluminium Rigid Overcap The rigid aluminium overcap (1,) designed to overcap a neck (4) of a bottle closed by a mechanical screwcap (metal or plastics) (3) containing a liquid to be packaged.
The overcap is bounded to the mechanical screw cap by the addition of glue(2) between the top and side of mechanical screwap and the aluminium rigid overcap.

Aluminium Rigid Overcap .cndot. Invention claim ;
.cndot. Improve the easiness to open and re-close the mechanical screwcap by increasing the overall surface to grab the screwcap assembly (screwcap and overcap) .cndot. Increase the surface to add commercial logo or other advertise .cndot. Improve the alignment of thread during re-closing and ease this re-closing task when using mechanical threaded crown cap .cndot. Allow the temper evident seal on the plastic screwcap to be split in two and still work because skeezed between the bottleneck and the overcap side wall. This new configuration allow the temper seal to fall at the first opening thus free the bottle of the seal for a more obvious temper proof and better recyclability of the glass bottle .cndot. This aluminium rigid overcap stay completely in one piece after opening and the bottle is free of the aluminium skirt as it is the case for the conventional aluminium screwcap.
.cndot. The recyclability is better for the bottle because the bottom part of the cap stay off the bottle neck after opening .cndot. The rigid overcap can be digitally printed with same technic as label
