Abstract
La présente invention concerne des systèmes qui permettent une régulation proportionnelle de l'amenée de débit d'air pour un compresseur. Un système selon l'invention comprend un système pneumatique de compression d'air doté d'un organe de régulation de débit et prévu pour recevoir de l'air d'entrée et pour comprimer l'air d'entrée afin de produire de l'air comprimé. Le système comprend également un système pneumatique de régulation de débit comprenant une vanne de régulation proportionnelle présentant un état d'activation à variation proportionnelle. Le fait de faire varier l'état d'activation de la vanne de régulation proportionnelle régule une pression agissant sur l'organe de régulation de débit de façon à réguler de manière variable le débit de l'air comprimé produit par le système pneumatique de compression d'air, et régule en outre de manière variable la demande de puissance exercée sur un moteur par le système pneumatique de compression d'air.
