Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé de fonctionnement d'un serveur de sécurité pour effectuer des transactions d'affaires sécurisées entre un utilisateur et une entreprise par l'intermédiaire d'un réseau, ledit procédé consistant à recevoir, au niveau du serveur de sécurité d'une entreprise à laquelle l'utilisateur est actuellement connecté par l'intermédiaire du réseau, une requête de l'entreprise demandant d'activer un canal de communications sécurisées sur le réseau entre l'utilisateur et le serveur de sécurité. La requête contient des informations de contact pour contacter l'utilisateur par l'intermédiaire d'un autre moyen que le réseau. Le serveur de sécurité, en réponse, envoie un code d'activation destiné à être fourni à l'utilisateur par l'intermédiaire d'un autre moyen que le réseau et d'une manière correspondant aux informations de contact reçues. Le serveur de sécurité reçoit, de l'utilisateur par l'intermédiaire du réseau, un code d'activation et compare le code d'activation reçu au code d'activation envoyé afin de valider le code d'activation reçu. Le canal de communications sécurisées est ensuite activé sur la base de la validation du code d'activation reçu.
