Abstract
L'invention porte sur une paroi ou sur une barrière de confinement d'eau unique, laquelle emploie une enveloppe souple qui peut être étendue dans une direction longitudinale, d'un état replié pour le stockage et le transport à une position étendue pour l'utilisation. Des nervures de support disposées en des positions mutuellement espacées le long de la direction longitudinale fournissent un support et une rétention de forme à l'enveloppe, dont l'intérieur peut être rempli d'eau afin de donner du poids à l'enveloppe à l'encontre d'eaux arrivantes ou en expansion. Un mécanisme de fixation unique attache une paire de sections de paroi ou de barrière entre elles par l'utilisation d'un élément gonflable afin de forcer à s'écarter une paire de nervures profilées sur les deux sections de façon à venir en prise avec des parois de profil correspondant d'un élément de canal qui pontent l'une à l'autre les deux sections sur les nervures. Un mécanisme d'amortisseur s'élève et s'abaisse en fonction des niveaux d'eau de façon à protéger la paroi ou la barrière à l'encontre d'un impact par des débris flottants.
