Abstract

Transmission comprenant un variateur toroïdal possédant un ensemble emboîté de charge finale. L'ensemble emboîté de charge finale comporte deux chambres conçues pour développer une force de serrage sur les composants du variateur. L'ensemble de charge finale comprend un carter, une plaque de soutien, un piston positionné adjacent à la plaque de soutien et coopérant avec la plaque de soutien afin de délimiter une première chambre destinée à recevoir un fluide sous pression pour agir sur le piston. L'ensemble de charge finale comprend également une plaque de charge et un chemin d'entrée qui coopèrent afin de délimiter une seconde chambre. Le piston agit sur le chemin d'entrée du variateur lorsque le fluide sous pression de la première chambre agit sur le piston. Le fluide sous pression de la seconde chambre agit également sur le chemin d'entrée.
