Abstract

Un procédé de valorisation ou de raffinage du bitume et du pétrole lourd pour produire des produits hydrocarbonés synthétisés précieux avec la production des coproduits commercialement précieux comme le méthanol, lammoniac et lurée provenant de sous-produits du procédé de valorisation, comportant la génération dun flux pauvre en hydrogène et un premier courant de gaz de synthèse riche en hydrogène, la formation dun flux de sous-produits dhydrogène purifié et un second courant de gaz de synthèse riche en hydrogène provenant du premier courant de gaz de synthèse riche en hydrogène; combinant au moins une partie dun ou des deux parmi les premier et second courants de gaz de synthèse riches en hydrogène avec un flux pauvre en hydrogène pour former un flux optimal pour une réaction FT pour formuler des hydrocarbures synthétisés, soumettant également au moins une partie des flux pauvres en hydrogène, des premier et second courants de gaz de synthèse riches en hydrogène à une extraction de CO2 pour obtenir un ou plusieurs sous-produits de CO2; et convertissant le sous-produit dhydrogène purifié et les courants de sous-produit de CO2 en produits à valeur commerciale.
