Abstract

A filter arrangement (1) comprises a plane (6) with an opening (2) that passes through the plane (6), and a filter element (3) arranged above said opening (2) in order to filter a fluid, in particular a gaseous fluid, wherein the fluid can be guided from a raw fluid side (4) to a filter side (5) through the filter element (3) and the opening (2) and can be cleaned via the filter element (3), characterised in that the filter element (3) extends away from the plane (6) at least via a first section (7) of the plane (6) and extends back to the plane (6) via a second section (8) that adjoins the first section (7) either directly or indirectly. An intermediate chamber (28) is delimited by the sections (7, 8) and the plane. The filter arrangement (1) also comprises a cleaning unit (12) that is arranged in said intermediate chamber (28).
