Abstract

L'invention concerne d'une manière générale les emballages unitaires destiné à contenir et à distribuer un matériau de produit. En particulier, les paquets unitaires comprennent une carte de base imprimée et un récipient de fluide lié de manière permanente à la carte de base imprimée. Le récipient de fluide comprend une première couche barrière stratifiée comprenant au moins une couche de polymère thermoplastique à orientation biaxiale, une partie de laquelle est formée dans une forme de dôme modifiée et une seconde couche barrière stratifiée plane. Les première et seconde couches barrières stratifiées sont scellées l'une à l'autre pour former une enceinte étanche aux fluides, dans laquelle le matériau de produit remplit sensiblement l'enceinte et la forme de dôme modifiée est élastiquement durable. Un procédé de fabrication des paquets unitaires tel que décrit ci-dessus est également décrit. En particulier, le procédé comprend la formation d'une partie de la première couche barrière stratifiée comprenant le polymère à orientation biaxiale dans ladite forme de dôme modifiée en utilisant une force telle que du gaz sous pression.
