Abstract

Un sous-vêtement est constitué dun tissu, dune couche de tissu pour porter autour de la région pelvienne dune personne, dune couche hydrofuge couplée à une partie entrejambe de la couche de tissu pour former une chambre intérieure, et dun coussin intérieur placé à lintérieur de la chambre intérieure entre la couche hydrofuge et la couche de tissu. Le coussin intérieur résiste à la chaleur et comporte une couche dabsorption de liquide et une couche imperméable. La couche dabsorption de liquide entre en contact avec la couche hydrofuge et est efficace pour absorber un volume de liquide supérieur à deux onces liquides. La couche imperméable est efficace pour empêcher le liquide datteindre la couche de tissu. La partie entrejambe de la couche de tissu et la couche hydrofuge peuvent être sensiblement élastiques dans au moins une dune direction latérale et dune direction longitudinale de la partie entrejambe.
