Abstract
An assembly composed of a respirator and a mount, with a fixing system for fixing it to a wall. A hooking system allows the respirator to be placed in a coupling position on the mount. A locking system allows the respirator to be immobilized in a locking position on the mount. An electrical connection system ensures an electrical connection between the respirator and the mount First locking means comprise an abutment. Second locking means comprise a detent which is a pivoting detent cooperating with the abutment. The detent is carried by a detent support and actuated by a spring to ensure a secure hold of the respirator in said locking position. Also, the invention relates to a mount of the assembly having a fixing system, second hooking means, second locking means and second electrical contactor means. The assembly is usable during emergency interventions requiring assisted ventilation of a patient.
Claims (13)
1. Assembly composed of a respirator (10) and of a mount (20) which is able and designed to receive and carry the respirator (10), said mount (20) comprising a fixing system (31) for fixing it directly or indirectly to a wall, said assembly composed of respirator and mount additionally having:
- a hooking system (1, 11; 2, 21) allowing the respirator (10) to be placed in a coupling position on the mount (20), - a locking system (1, 12, 13; 40-45) allowing the respirator (10) to be immobilized in a locking position on the mount (20), subsequent to the coupling position, the locking position being distinct from the coupling position, the locking system (1, 12, 13; 40-45) comprising first locking means (1, 12, 13) carried by the respirator (10), and second locking means (40-45) which are carried by the mount (20) and which are able and designed to cooperate with the first locking means (1, 12, 13), in such a way as to allow the respirator (10) to be fixed rigidly on the mount (20) in the locking position, and - an electrical connection system (51-55) making it possible to ensure an electrical connection between the respirator (1) and the mount (20), subsequent to the coupling position and simultaneous or almost simultaneous to the locking position, characterized in that:
- the first locking means (1, 12, 13) carried by the respirator (10) comprise an abutment (13), and - the second locking means (40-45) carried by the mount (20) comprise a pivoting detent (40), said detent (40) cooperating with said abutment (13) in order to hold the respirator (10) securely on the mount (20) in the locking position, the detent (40) being carried by a detent support (42) and being actuated by a spring (41) which bears normally on the front part (45) of the detent (40) in order to ensure said secure hold of the respirator (10) on the mount (20) in said locking position.
- a hooking system (1, 11; 2, 21) allowing the respirator (10) to be placed in a coupling position on the mount (20), - a locking system (1, 12, 13; 40-45) allowing the respirator (10) to be immobilized in a locking position on the mount (20), subsequent to the coupling position, the locking position being distinct from the coupling position, the locking system (1, 12, 13; 40-45) comprising first locking means (1, 12, 13) carried by the respirator (10), and second locking means (40-45) which are carried by the mount (20) and which are able and designed to cooperate with the first locking means (1, 12, 13), in such a way as to allow the respirator (10) to be fixed rigidly on the mount (20) in the locking position, and - an electrical connection system (51-55) making it possible to ensure an electrical connection between the respirator (1) and the mount (20), subsequent to the coupling position and simultaneous or almost simultaneous to the locking position, characterized in that:
- the first locking means (1, 12, 13) carried by the respirator (10) comprise an abutment (13), and - the second locking means (40-45) carried by the mount (20) comprise a pivoting detent (40), said detent (40) cooperating with said abutment (13) in order to hold the respirator (10) securely on the mount (20) in the locking position, the detent (40) being carried by a detent support (42) and being actuated by a spring (41) which bears normally on the front part (45) of the detent (40) in order to ensure said secure hold of the respirator (10) on the mount (20) in said locking position.
2. Assembly according to Claim 1, characterized in that the hooking system (1, 11; 2, 21) comprises first hooking means (11) carried by the respirator (10), and second hooking means (2, 21) which are carried by the mount (20) and which are able and designed to cooperate with said first hooking means (1, 11) in order to permit a positioning and a hooking of the respirator (10) onto the mount (20).
3. Assembly according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the spring (41) is provided with a spring head (43) which comes to bear normally on the front part (45) of the detent (40) in order to keep the latter in the locking position.
4. Assembly according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the front part (45) of the detent (40) has a rounded shape.
5. Assembly according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the front part (45) of the detent (40) comprises a claw (44) which is able to cooperate with the abutment (13) in order to ensure that the respirator (10) is held securely on the mount (20) in the locking position.
6. Assembly according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the abutment (13) is carried by the support panel (1) fixed to the rear face of the respirator (10)
7. Assembly according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the abutment (13) is formed by a part of the wall of the rear support panel (1) of the respirator (10).
8. Assembly according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the rear panel (1) comprises a second seat or recess (12), which is dimensioned and configured to receive the detent (40).
9. Assembly according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a part of the wall of said rear panel (1), situated at the immediate periphery of the recess (12), constitutes the abutment (13) on which the claw (44) of the detent (40) comes to bear when the respirator (10) is in the locking position
10. Assembly according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the release means (60, 6) comprise a lever (6) which can be actuated by the user and which is able to move, after actuation, between:
- at least a first locking position, in which the lever (6) does not act on the second locking means (40-45) and the respirator (10) is in the locking position, and - at least a second release position, in which the lever (6) interacts with the second locking means (40-45) in order to release the respirator (10), so as to be able to withdraw the latter from the mount (20).

11. Assembly according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that, when the lever (6) is actuated by the user, said lever (6) acts by generating an unlocking of the mechanical and electrical connection systems.
12. Assembly according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the lever (6), by pivoting, actuates the detent (40) by way of a welded sleeve (61).
13. Mount (20) of an assembly according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it has a fixing system (31) for fixing it directly or indirectly to a wall.
