Abstract

La présente invention concerne un porte-empreinte dentaire réutilisable comprenant un support pour porte-empreinte rigide réutilisable pourvu de parois latérales opposées espacées selon sensiblement une première distance, les parois latérales opposées s'étendant longitudinalement de manière incurvée, un connecteur situé au niveau d'une extrémité distale du support pour porte-empreinte couplant ensemble les parois latérales, les parois latérales et le connecteur définissant une surface orientée vers l'intérieur, un canal formé à l'intérieur de la surface orientée vers l'intérieur et s'étendant le long de celle-ci, et un manche situé au niveau d'une extrémité mésiale du support pour porte-empreinte, et un porte-empreinte d'occlusion à trous jetable comprenant un support généralement en forme de U ayant une extrémité ouverte et une extrémité fermée. Le support en forme de U est fabriqué à partir d'un matériau flexible, le support en forme de U ayant en général une forme statique dont la largeur à l'extrémité fermée est sensiblement similaire à la première distance et la largeur à l'extrémité ouverte est plus grande que la première distance, et le support en forme de U étant inséré à l'intérieur du canal, l'extrémité ouverte du support en forme de U est maintenu dans un état comprimé dans lequel l'extrémité ouverte a une largeur comprimée sensiblement identique à la première distance.
