Abstract

Un procédé de purification du 1.alpha.-hydroxy-2-méthylène-18,19-dinorhomoprégnacalciférol pour obtenir le 1.alpha.-hydroxy-2-méthylène-18,19-dinorhomoprégnacalciférol sous forme cristalline en utilisant une précipitation à lhexane acétate déthyle. Un procédé de préparation de cristaux de 1.alpha.-hydroxy-2-méthylène-18,19-dinorhomopregnacalciférol acceptables pour une expérience par rayons X utilisant une précipitation avec de lhexane à partir de benzène par échange par diffusion des solvants est également décrit.
