Abstract
Les fluides de raffineries de pétrole, de produits pétrochimiques, de centrales électriques et dusines à gaz sont traités par un aimant permanent installé à lintérieur de grandes unités de canalisation (tiroir cylindrique de canalisation mécanique) qui modifie les propriétés physiques des fluides. Il faut couper la canalisation pour permettre linstallation. Lutilisation dunités magnétiques dans les canalisations permet déliminer le tartre, dadoucir leau et déconomiser de 20 à 30 % de lénergie des gaz de combustion, comme le gaz naturel. Les unités classiques utilisent des canalisations très longues dont les diamètres correspondent aux dimensions des canalisations, ce qui rend linstallation coûteuse. Mon invention, la « plaque à orifices magnétique », repose sur le même principe de traitement magnétique. Peu coûteux, le dispositif mesure 1,50 po de longueur au total et convient à toutes les dimensions de canalisation dusine. Facile et sûr à utiliser, il présente les mêmes fonctions que celles de la grande unité magnétique.
