Abstract

Un nouveau système d'aération est installé dans un compartiment à grains existant qui présente une ouverture de décharge dans la partie inférieure. Le compartiment à grains peut avoir une trémie inclinée ou conique ou un fond plat. Le système d'aération comprend une pluralité de sections de conduit connectées les unes aux autres, chaque section de conduit comprenant une surface externe plate, une surface interne plate plus étroite que la surface externe et une paire de surfaces en angle qui relient la surface interne à la surface externe, chaque section de conduit définissant une couche d'air interne. Un conduit d'air est relié au système d'aération pour permettre au système d'aération de sécher le grain dans le compartiment à grains. Cette technologie permet d'installer un séchoir dans un compartiment à grains existant d'une manière aisée et efficace
