With the development of science and technology, the variety of the electric fans is more and more. People have developed more practical bladeless fans. However, there is still a problem that the electric fans are usually only suitable for use in hot weather and not suitable for use in cold weather as the working principle of the electric fans is for the body temperature of users or the ambient temperature to be reduced by the formation of large airflow, and thus the utilization rate of the fans is low.
[0003] The Chinese patent Application No. 201110225536.X discloses an electric fan provided with heaters. The electric fan generates heat by electrifying the heaters. When the airflow blown out by the electric fan is heated when passing through the heaters, the temperature is increased and hot-blast air is blown out. However, the heating temperature of the air cannot be adjusted and controlled in the proposal, so users cannot adjust the hot-blast air at specific temperature blown out by the electric fan according to respective demands, thus the practicality of the electric fan is not strong.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0023] Detailed description is given to the invention with the attached drawings and embodiments.
[0024] First Embodiment:
[0025] As illustrated in Figs. 1 to 6, the bladeless fan capable of adjusting the outlet air temperature comprises a base 1 and an air outlet device 2 connected to the upper part of the base 1, wherein the base 1 comprises a rotating portion 4 and a fixing portion 3 connected therewith; a driving mechanism for driving the rotating portion to rotate is arranged between the fixing portion 3 and the rotating portion 4; a motor 15 and a turbine 18 are arranged inside the fixing portion 3; an air inlet is formed on the sidewall of a housing of the rotating portion 4;
heaters 6 are arranged inside the air outlet device 2; and a touch-screen controller 7 for controlling the heat power of the heaters 6 is arranged on a housing of the fixing portion 3. The bladeless fan capable of adjusting the outlet air temperature can blow out hot-blast air at different temperatures by controlling the heat power of the heaters 6 through the touch-screen controller 7, and also has timing function. Therefore, the fan can be adjusted and controlled according to different temperature and timing requirements, so as to be convenient and practical.
The heat power of the heaters 6 can be achieved by current adjustment.
[0026] As illustrated in Fig. 1, the touch-screen controller 7 is provided with a power button for controlling the on-off of the fan, a rotation button for controlling the horizontal rotation of the fan, a temperature adjustment button for adjusting the outlet air temperature and a timing button for controlling the timed shut-down of the fan. The functions such as the on-off of a power supply for the fan, the rotation of the fan, the adjustment of the outlet air temperature and the timed shut-down of the fan can be realized by touching the buttons respectively. Of course, the buttons can be added or removed according to actual conditions. For example, the timing button can be not set in the case that the timing function of the fan is not required. Likewise, corresponding buttons can be added in the case that other functions are required.
[0027] A mounting housing 11 is arranged inside the air outlet device 2, and the heaters 6 are arranged inside the mounting housing 11. A large amount of heat can be generated in the case that the heaters 6 are electrified, so a housing made of heat-resistant materials is required for fixing the heaters 6. In the invention, the heaters 6 are arranged inside cavities 111 of the mounting housing 11.
[0028] Wherein, the mounting housing 11 comprises the hollowed-out cavities 111 for receiving the heaters 6; ribs 13 for fixing the heaters 6 are arranged inside the cavities 111; and the inside of the mounting housing 11 is clamped with the air outlet device 2.
In the invention, the front and rear sides of the cavities 111 are completely opened, and the central sections of the cavities 111 are provided with the ribs 13 for fixing the heaters 6. By adoption of the structure, not only the structure of the mounting housing 11 is simpler and the resources are conserved but also the heat generated by the heaters 6 can be more easily conducted out and the heating efficiency of the fan can be improved.
[0029] As illustrated in Fig. 2, air inlet duct supports 8 are arranged between the air outlet device 2 and the rotating portion 4 and articulated with two outer central sections of the air outlet device 2 respectively, and airflow channels are formed among the rotating portion 4, the air inlet duct supports 8 and the air outlet device 2. The angle of the air outlet device 2 can be adjusted through the air inlet duct supports 8, so that the requirement on different outlet air angles can be met.
[0030] Wherein, an angle positioning ring 9 is arranged on the outer sidewall of the air outlet device 2, and both ends of the air inlet duct supports 8 are sleeved on the angle positioning ring 9 of which the pendulum angle is between 0 and 175 DEG. The range of the pendulum angle of the air outlet device 2 is wider by the addition of the angle positioning ring 9, thus the practicality is strong.
[0031] Wherein, an air outlet 10 is arranged on the inner circumference of the air outlet device 2; the caliber of the air outlet 10 is gradually increased from the inside to the outside;
and the inner surface of the air outlet device 2 is an inclined plane. Not only the air blown out from the air outlet 10 can be smoothly blown out along the smooth inclined plane but also the air outlet direction can be appropriately adjusted.
[0032] Wherein, a motor shield 16 and a motor pedestal 17 are also arranged inside the fixing portion 3; the motor 15 is arranged between the motor shield 16 and the motor pedestal 17; and wire clamp blocks 19 are arranged outside the motor shield 16. As illustrated in Fig. 6, a plurality of the wire clamp blocks 19 are arranged outside the motor shield 16. The wiring direction of each wire clamp block 19 is perpendicular to the horizontal direction, so that wires led out from the motor 15 can be favorably fixed and perpendicularly clamped on the wire clamp blocks 19, thus the positioning effect is good and the practicality is strong.
[0033] Wherein, heat reflection plates are arranged inside the air outlet device 2 at positions corresponding to the heaters 6. The heat reflection plates have two functions:
one is for the heat generated by the heaters 6 to be reflected and emitted to the direction of the air outlet 10, so that the heat can be quickly conducted out; and the other is for a housing of the air outlet device 2 to be protected, so that the damage caused by overhigh temperature can be avoided.
[0034] Second Embodiment:
[0035] As illustrated in Figs. 4 and 5, the differences between the embodiment and the first embodiment are as follows: the mounting housing 11 of the embodiment comprises an upper connecting portion 112, a lower connecting portion 113 and the two cavities 111; the tops of the two cavities 111 are connected with the upper connecting portion 112 respectively; and the bottoms of the two cavities 111 are connected with the lower connecting portion 113 respectively.
[0036] Wherein, the upper connecting portion 112, the lower connecting portion 113 and the two cavities 111 are integrated into the mounting housing 11; a plurality of clamp hooks 14 clamped with the air outlet device 2 are arranged inside the mounting housing 11; and the shape and dimension of the mounting housing 11 are matched with those of the air outlet device 2.
The mounting housing 11 can be firmly fixed on the air outlet device 2 through a plurality of the clamp hooks 14, so that the heaters 6 can be fixed. Wiring openings 12 for electric wires to pass through are arranged outside the cavities 111, so that the electric wires can be conveniently led out from the cavities 111 at both sides of the air outlet device 2 and connected with control switches at the bottom of the air outlet device 2.
[0037] Other parts of the embodiments are the same with those of the first embodiment and not described in detail here.
[0038] It should be finally noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical proposal of the invention but not for limiting the scope of protection of the invention.
Although detailed description is given to the invention with the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent replacements can be made on the technical proposal of the invention without departing from the essence and scope of the technical proposal of the invention.
