Abstract
The invention relates to a ceiling or wall element (10) for fixing to a ceiling (5) or a wall. Said ceiling or wall element (10) is provided with a frame (2) comprising a base plate (2a) which can be fixed to the ceiling (5) and/or the wall, in which a heating or cooling register (9) is arranged. According to the invention, a non-woven fabric (3) and a perforated graphite film (1) are arranged between the base plate (2a) of frame (2) and the heating or cooling register (9).
Claims (25)
1. A ceiling or wall element (10) for fixing to a ceiling (5) or a wall wherein the ceiling or wall element (10) has a frame (2) with a base plate (2a) which can be fixed to the ceiling (5) or the wall, in which a heating or cooling register (9) is disposed, characterised in that a non-woven fabric (3) and a perforated graphite film (1) are disposed between the base plate (2a) of the frame (2) and the heating or cooling register (9).

A ceiling or wall element (10) for fixing to a ceiling (5) or a wall wherein the ceiling or wall element (10) has a frame (2) with a base (2a) which can be fixed to the ceiling (5) or the wall, characterised in that a non-woven fabric (3) and a graphite film (1) are disposed on the base (2a) of the frame (2).
3. The ceiling or wall element (10) according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the graphite film (1) is perforated.
4. The ceiling or wall element according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the graphite film (1) comprises a film made of expanded graphite having a perforation.
5. The ceiling or wall element according to claim 3 or 42, characterised in that the perforated graphite film (1) has a hole fraction of more than 205% per unit area.
6. The ceiling or wall element according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the frame is made of a thermally conductive material, in particular of a metal sheet or a graphite-modified composite element such as a plasterboard.
7. The ceiling or wall element according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the frame is configured as a cassette (2) which is open on one side.
8. The ceiling or wall element according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the perforated graphite film (1) is firmly connected to the non-woven fabric (3).
9. The ceiling or wall element according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the non-woven fabric (3) comprises a glass fibre non-woven or a carbon fibre non-woven.
10. The ceiling or wall element according to claim 87, characterised in that the non-woven fabric (3) comprises a carbon fibre non-woven which is connected to the perforated graphite film (1) by calendering.
11. The ceiling or wall element according to claim 1, any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the heating or cooling register (9) comprises a fixing profile (11) and heating or cooling pipes (12) fixed thereto.
12. The ceiling or wall element according to claim 119, characterised in that the fixing profile (11) is made of a heat-conductive material, in particular a metal.
13. The ceiling or wall element according to claim 120, characterised in that the perforated graphite film (1) is in thermal contact with the fixing profile (11).
14. The ceiling or wall element according to any one of claims 1 or 11 to 138, characterised in that the heating or cooling register (9) comprises a lightweight panel (13) of expanded graphite in which heating or cooling pipes (12) are embedded.
15. The ceiling or wall element according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the base plate (2a) of the frame (2) is perforated.
16. A ceiling or wall element (10) for fixing to a thermally activatable concrete wall or concrete ceiling (5) wherein the ceiling or wall element (10) has a frame (2) with a base plate (2a) which can be fixed to the ceiling (5) or the wall, characterised in that a non-woven fabric (3) and a perforated graphite film (1) as well as a lightweight panel (13) of expanded graphite is disposed between the base plate (2a) of the frame (2) and the wall or ceiling (5) (9).
17. The ceiling or wall element (10) according to claim 2, characterised in that a lightweight panel (13) of expanded graphite is disposed on the graphite film (1).
18. Thermally activatable concrete wall or concrete ceiling (5) in which pipelines (7) run for the passage of a heating or cooling fluid, characterised in that ceiling or wall elements (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 164 arranged adjacent to one another are fixed on the surface (14) thereof.
19. Thermally activatable concrete wall or concrete ceiling (5) according to claim 175, wherein the ceiling or wall elements (10) contain a lightweight panel (13) made of expanded graphite, characterised in that a thermal coupling between the surface (14) of the wall or ceiling (5) and the wall or ceiling element (10) is formed extensively over the entire principal surface (15) of the or each graphite lightweight panel (13).
20. Use of a composite material consisting of a non-woven material (3) and a graphite film (1) connected to the non-woven material (3) as or in a ceiling or wall element (10) for fixing to a ceiling (5) or a wall.
21. The use according to claim 19, characterised in that the graphite film (1) is perforated.
22. The use according to claim 19 or 20, characterised in that the graphite film (1) comprises a film of expanded graphite with a perforation.
23. The use according to claim 19 or 20, characterised in that the perforated graphite film (1) has a hole fraction of more than 20% per unit area.
24. The use according to any one of claims 19 to 22, characterised in that the non-woven fabric (3) comprises a glass fibre non-woven or a carbon fibre non-woven.
25. The use according to any one of claims 19 to 23, characterised in that the non-woven fabric (3) comprises a carbon fibre non-woven which is connected to the graphite film (1) by calendering.
